乌头属植物生物碱研究新进展

Recent advance of alkaloids in genus Aconitum

摘要: 为了解乌头属(Aconitum)植物生物碱成分和生物活性,通过查阅国内外有关乌头属植物研究的文献,了解其基本情况。结果表明,2016年后国内外学者对乌头属植物进行研究时又发现了57种新的生物碱成分;乌头属植物的一些种及生物碱成分在抗病毒、抗炎镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗胆碱酯酶、对心血管的保护作用和抗烟草花叶病毒等方面具有显著的活性。开展乌头属植物生物碱成分研究对开发新的生物活性成分及资源保护具有重要意义。

Abstract: In order to study the chemical constituents and biological activities of Aconitum alkaloids,recent advance of alkaloids in Aconitum plants were understood by consulting the literature about Aconitum plants.The result showed that since 2016,scholars had studied Aconitum and found 57 new alkaloids.The study of biological activity showed that some species and alkaloids had significant activities in anti-viral,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-cholinesterase,cardiovascular and anti-TMV activities.It is of great significance to study the alkaloids of Aconitum for the development of new bioactive components and resource protection.
