Abstract: With the adjustment of industrial structure, the surplus labor force of agricultural industry in Liaoning province was gradually transferred to the second industry and the third industry. The transfer of surplus labor force in the context of the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in Liaoning province was analyzed, the balance of industrial structure and surplus labor force in agricultural industry, and further studies the employment capacity of specific industries in Liaoning province were explained. The results showed that the surplus labor force in agricultural industry is transferring to the secondary industry and the tertiary industry, compared with the second industry and the third industry, the surplus labor force in agricultural industry was transferring to the second industry and the third industry To a large extent, the three industries can promote the employment of surplus labor in the agricultural industry. According to the research and analysis, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward, including vigorously developing the tertiary industry, strengthening the construction of urbanization in rural areas and strengthening the training of agricultural industry skills. The research on the transfer of surplus labor was conducive to the targeted measures to help the surplus labor in the agricultural industry, so as to help them better employment.
