Abstract: Big data has been applied and developed rapidly in the process of promoting the modernization of national ecological environment governance system and governance capacity. The construction of environmental basic database has become one of the six main directions in the construction of digital China. France has specially stipulated the environmental basic database system in the form of legislation, including the basic framework, establishment and network services, information disclosure and sharing mechanism, which enlightened China to establish the unified environmental basic information standard, refer to the special competent department, promote cooperation with third-party commercial institutions and data resource sharing, and build open public services platform.
