不同浇灌次数对花生光合、品质和产量的影响

Study on photosynthesis,quality and yield of peanut under different times of irrigation

摘要: 自然条件下,研究不同浇灌次数对大田花生光合、产量和品质的影响。结果表明,与CK处理(浇灌2次)相比,T1处理(浇灌1次为轻度干旱)净光合速率呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,造成这种情况的主要原因为前期非气孔因素、后期气孔因素和非气孔因素共同作用的结果。T2处理(不浇灌为重度干旱)净光合速率表现为下降-升高-下降的波动变化,前期下降是气孔因素造成的,之后下降是非气孔因素造成的。干旱造成花生产量及其构成要素产生不同程度下降(饱果率除外),并随干旱程度的增加,下降幅度增大;其中T1处理百粒饱果重提高了5.43%, 其余产量构成要素有不同程度的下降;T2处理百粒饱果重无明显差异,其余产量及其构成要素均明显降低。干旱胁迫影响花生品质,随干旱程度的增加,花生蛋白质、氨基酸含量明显增加,含油量、水分含量呈下降趋势。

Abstract: Under natural conditions, the effects of different irrigation times on photosynthesis, yield and quality of peanut were studied. The results are as follows, compared with CK which is natural condition with two times irrigation, the net photosynthetic rate of T1 treatment which is light drought with one time of irrigation increase at first and then decrease, which is mainly caused by stomatal factors in the early stage, and stomatal factors and non stomatal factors work together in the late stage. The net photosynthetic rate of T2 treatment which is severe drought with no irrigation shows a fluctuation change of decline rise decline. The former decline is caused by stomatal factors, and the latter decline is caused by non-stomatal factors. The yield and its components of peanut except for the full fruit weight decrease with the increase of drought degree. For the T1 treatment, the 100-satiety seed weight increases by 5.43%, and the other yield components decrease in varying degrees. The yield and its components of T2 treatment decrease significantly, except the 100-satiety seed weight has no significant difference. With the increase of drought degree, the content of protein and amino acid increase significantly, while the content of oil and water decrease.
