中国农业绿色发展绩效测度与提升路径研究

Research on performance measurement and improvement path of agricultural green development in China

摘要: 在农业供给侧结构性改革的背景下,分析农业绿色发展的历史背景及其对农业经济发展的重要意义,从资源节约、环境友好、绿色供应和经济效益4个维度,运用熵值法构建中国农业绿色发展绩效指标评价体系,进行相应绩效测度分析。研究表明,中国农业绿色发展水平呈稳步增长的趋势,仍具有较大的提升空间。基于现阶段农业绿色发展的现状分析,提出了提升农业绿色发展绩效的路径方法。

Abstract: Under the background of agricultural supply-side structural reform, the historical background of agricultural green development and its significance to agricultural economic development were analyzed. From the four aspects of resource conservation, environmental friendliness, green supply and economic effect, the entropy method was used to construct the performance index evaluation system of Chinese agricultural green development, and the corresponding performance measurement analysis was carried out. The results show that the green development level of China’s agricultural industry presents a stable growth trend and has a large space for improvement. Based on the analysis of the current situation of agricultural green development, several methods to improve the performance of agricultural green development are proposed.
