陕西省茯砖茶发花中期真菌的分离鉴定

Isolation and identification of fungi from Fu Brick Tea in the middle stage of blooming in Shaanxi Province

摘要: 明晰茯砖茶优势真菌及其形态特征,不仅有助于人工干预促进优势真菌的生长和提升茯砖茶品质,更为其标准化生产提供理论支持。以陕西省茯砖茶为材料,对其发花中期的真菌进行分离纯化培养,并采用菌落形态学观察、ITS区域序列同源性比对和系统发育分析等方法对其进行聚类鉴定,共分离出6种真菌。通过形态学和分子生物学手段将这6种真菌分别鉴定为冠突曲霉(Aspergillus cristatus)、琉球曲霉(Aspergillus luchuensis)、米曲霉(Aspergillus oryzae)、皮落青霉(Penicillium crustosum)、灰绿曲霉 (Aspergullus glaucus)和黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)。茯砖茶发花过程中主要真菌为曲霉属、青霉属。

Abstract: Clarifying the dominant fungi and their morphological features in Fu Brick Tea not only facilitated artificial intervention to promote the growth of these dominant fungi and enhance tea quality, but also provided theoretical support for its standardized production. Using Fu Brick Tea from Shaanxi Province as the material,fungi were isolated, purified and cultured in the middle stage of blooming. These fungi were clustered and identified by methods including colonial morphology observation, ITS region sequence homology comparison and phylogenetic analysis, and a total of 6 species of fungi were isolated. Through morphological and molecular biological methods, these 6 fungi were identified as Aspergillus cristatus, Aspergillus luchuensis, Aspergillus oryzae, Penicillium crustosum, Aspergullus glaucus and Aspergillus niger. During the blooming of Fu Brick Tea, the dominant fungi were mainly Aspergillus and Penicillium.
