浙江省农村空心化综合测度与治理调查

Comprehensive measurement and governance of rural hollowing in Zhejiang Province

摘要: 以浙江省为研究区域,依据实地调研问卷和统计年鉴数据,从人口、土地、经济、文化教育和基础设施建设5个方面构建农村空心化测度的指标体系,采用熵值法计算不同地区的空心化程度,并应用自然断点法对各地区的空间异质性进行分析。结果显示,浙江省农村空心化程度在空间分布上存在非平衡性,各地区在不同方面的空心化程度存在显著差异。结合实地调研情况及分析结果,从建设“一村一品”、发展“互联网+农业”、深化土地制度改革等方面提出改善建议。

Abstract: Taking Zhejiang Province as the study area and relying on the field survey questionnaire and statistical yearbook data, the rural hollowing out measure index system was built from five aspects, including population, land, economy, culture and education, and infrastructure construction. The entropy method was used to calculate the degree of hollowing out of the different regions, and the natural break point method was applied to analyze regional spatial heterogeneity. The results showed that the spatial distribution of the rural hollowing degree in Zhejiang Province was unbalanced, and there were significant differences in the hollowing degree in different areas. Combined with the field investigation and analysis results, policy suggestions were put forward to improve the hollowing out of Zhejiang countryside from the aspects of building “One Village One Product”, developing “Internet plus Agriculture” model, deepening the reform of the land system, etc.
