Abstract: The construction of rural culture is the internal power to promote rural revitalization, and the accurate supply of rural public cultural services was the only way to realize the prosperity of rural culture. At present, the precise supply of rural public cultural services mainly exists in the government's limited ability to provide rural public cultural services, the lack of autonomy of social forces to participate in rural public cultural services, and the imperfect mechanism of villagers to express public cultural needs. To achieve the accurate supply of rural public cultural services and meet the growing cultural needs of villagers, it was necessary to optimize the ability of government resources allocation in rural public cultural services, improve the effective mechanism for social forces to participate in rural public cultural services, and innovate the platform for villagers to express their public cultural needs.
