基于PLUS模型的天山北坡城市群生态系统服务价值时空演变及多情景预测

Temporal and spatial evolution and multi-scenario prediction of ecosystem service value in the urban agglomeration on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountains based on PLUS model

摘要: 基于2000—2020年土地利用数据,运用当量因子法、空间自相关检验和PLUS模型,探究天山北坡城市群2000—2020年土地利用及生态系统服务价值(ESV)的变化特征,模拟预测2030年自然发展、生产建设及生态保护3种情景下土地利用变化及ESV时空演变特征,以期为天山北坡城市群生态环境保护及城市群绿色转型提供一定的科学参考。结果表明,2000—2020年研究区主要土地类型为未利用地和草地;从土地利用转移来看,转入面积最多的是未利用地和耕地,转出面积最多的是草地。2000—2020年研究区ESV呈波动式下降趋势,共计减少了101.54亿元;ESV高-高集聚区主要分布在中部地区,低-低集聚区主要分布在东北部和南部。2030年自然发展情景、生产建设情景和生态保护情景下ESV分别为2 097.56亿、2 047.37亿元和2 121.45亿元,其空间分布特征相似,高值区集中分布在西部、西北部和中部地区,低值区集中分布在北部和南部地区,生态保护情景更有利于提高研究区生态系统服务功能。

Abstract: Based on land-use datasets from 2000 to 2020, the equivalent factor method, spatial autocorrelation test and PLUS model were adopted to explore the changing characteristics of land use and ecosystem service value (ESV) in the urban agglomeration on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains from 2000 to 2020. Land-use change and the temporal and spatial evolution of ESV under three scenarios (natural development, production-construction and ecological protection) in 2030 were simulated and predicted. This study aimed to provide scientific support for ecological environment protection and green transformation of the urban agglomeration. The results showed that unused land and grassland were the dominant land-use types from 2000 to 2020. In terms of land-use transfer, unused land and cropland had the largest incoming area, while grassland exhibited the largest outgoing area. The ESV of the study area presented a fluctuating decreasing trend, with a total reduction of 10.154 billion yuan. High-high ESV clusters were mainly distributed in the central region, whereas low-low clusters were concentrated in the northeastern and southern parts. In 2030, the ESV under the natural-development, production-construction and ecological-protection scenarios would reach 209.756 billion yuan, 204.737 billion yuan and 212.145 billion yuan, respectively. The three scenarios shared similar spatial patterns: high-value areas were concentrated in the west, northwest and central zones, and low-value areas were mainly located in the north and south. The ecological-protection scenario was more conducive to improving the ecosystem service functions of the study area.
