Research Progress and Application of Probiotics in Tibet

Abstract: There are precious and unique probiotics resources in Tibet where the environment is extreme in China. The research of probiotics can promote the development of Tibetan agricultural products processing industry, obtain economic benefits and promote economic development. With the rapid development of Tibet, the probiotics industry in Tibet has a promising prospect. Combined with Tibet agriculture and animal husbandry resources, the research progress and its application in production and living of probiotics in recent years are discussed, aimed to provide reference for research, development and utilization of probiotics in Tibet.
