Abstract: The influence of different proportion of organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer on wheat yield was studied through field experiment, so as to find the best proportion of organic fertilizer for wheat fertilization in Jintan district of Changzhou city of Jiangsu province. Results showed that combinative application of organic and inorganic fertilizer could effectively reduce inorganic fertilizer dosage, and wheat yield tended to increase first and then decrease with the increase of replacement ratio of organic fertilizer, of which 20% replacement effect was best, could effectively guarantee the wheat yield. But if replacement ratio of organic fertilizer was too high, it would cause wheat over-green growth and late-maturing, and was not conducive to high yield and the next season crop.
