Study on the intellectual protection property and the inheritance and development of agricultural culture of Chinese medicine Coptis

Abstract

Abstract: Starting from Coptis and its medicinal value, the traditional knowledge, agricultural biological genetic resources, geographical indications, new plant varieties, and agricultural intellectual property resources such as agricultural patents and trademarks are studied. The main problems of Coptis agricultural intellectual property protection and inheritance and development of agricultural culture are analyed, and the countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of Coptis agricultural intellectual property protection and agricultural culture inheritance and development under the background of rural revitalization strategy and innovation-driven development strategy and high-quality agricultural development are put forward.
