Abstract: In order to consolidate the effectiveness of poverty alleviation, continue to optimize poverty alleviation policies, ensure that poverty alleviation is effective and does not return to poverty, and provide a reference to the development of Ningcheng county, the basic idea of the SWOT method is combined with field research and official data to analyze the basic status of Ningcheng county. The results show that Ningcheng county has achieved initial success in agricultural industry development, tourism agriculture, brand agriculture and agricultural industrialization, and it still has some shortcomings in other aspects. In combination with the original poverty alleviation policy, recommendations on strengthening poverty alleviation and ensuring no return to poverty and development are proposed in the context of rural revitalization.
