Abstract: Five cows in three stages of dairy cow, breeding cow and calf were selected in the experiment. The individual feces and urine production of 24 h×3 d were recorded by full-scale measurement method. The performance parameters of feces and urine were also measured. The results showed that the average daily fecal production of lactating cow, breeding cow and calf was 10.89, 18.57 and 40.17 kg, respectively, and the average daily urine production was 2.42, 3.32 and 4.18 kg, respectively; The fecal water content, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and organic matter of cattle in three stages were 82.18%~83.26%, 2.37%~2.62%, 0.48%~0.65%, 77.23%~87.14%, respectively; In three stages, COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus in bovine urine were 22 033.22~38 602.97, 1 418.98~3 740.27, 2 975.00~7 071.43, and 133.10~194.58 mg/L, respectively, pH and salinity were 8.91~8.96, 18.53~19.33, respectively.
