Establishment of the determination method of saikosaponin c,a,d in Radix bupleurum

Abstract: To establish a method for the determination of saikosaponins c, a, d in Bupleurum. using high-performance liquid chromatography, an Agilent SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), using acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase, gradient elution, flow rate 1.0 mL/min, detector for evaporative light Scatter detector. Results showed that the saikosaponins c, a, d were in the linear range of 2.028~20.280, 1.904~19.040, 2.112~21.120 μg, R2 were 0.999 8, 0.999 6, 0.999 5, respectively.
