Study on extraction technology optimization and content determination of total flavones in Embelia parviflora Wall

Abstract: To establish the extraction technology and content determination method of total flavonoids in Embelia parviflora Wall. On the basis of single factor experiment, the optimum extraction technology of total flavonoids from Embelia parviflora Wall was optimized by L9(34)orthogonal test, and the content of total flavonoids in Embelia parviflora Wall was determined. Results showed that the extraction solvent concentration, the ratio of material to liquid, and the extraction time all had significant effects on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Embelia parviflora Wall. The optimum extraction technology of total flavonoids from Embelia parviflora Wall was material-liquid ratio of 1:200, and reflux extraction at 100 ℃ in water bath for 120 min. The linear relationship of rutin concentration was good in the range of 9.16~54.96 μg/mL(r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 97.6%(n=6), and RSD was 2.2%.
