The technology of producing and optimizing biochemical fulvic acid utilizing straw

Abstract: Using crop straw as raw materials,biochemical fulvic acid can be produced by fermentation method,and the fermentation process was optimized to provide theoretical basis for the utilization of straw with high added value.The results showed that the yield of biochemical fulvic acid was higher when the mass ratio of wheat straw to peanut straw was 2∶1.The content of biochemical fulvic acid could reach 95.10 g/kg after fermentation at 35 ℃ for 216 h.The addition of urea and fermentation bacteria were beneficial to the increase of fulvic acid yield,but the effect was not obvious when urea was added more than 2% and fermentation bacteria was added more than 3%.Wheat straw and peanut straw were mixed according to the mass ratio of 2∶1,adding 2% urea and 3% bacterial agent at 35 ℃,and fermentation for 216 h had better preparation effect of biochemical fulvic acid.
