Research progress on the biological activity and function of plant polysaccharides

Abstract

Abstract: With the development of chemistry, nutrition, immunology and traditional Chinese medicine, people's research on plant polysaccharides continues to deepen. A number of fruitful research results have been obtained, providing a large amount of experimental data and theoretical basis for the study of human health and the biological activity of plant polysaccharides themselves. This paper was mainly to review the biological activity of plant polysaccharides in recent years, in order to provide reference for subsequent research.
