Abstract: The agricultural research evaluation system is one of the important basis and tool for the evaluation of agricultural scientific research. However, the evaluation system of agricultural research adopted in China is imperfect,which has some problems in practice. Based on the experience of foreign agricultural scientific research evaluation system, this paper considered the reform ideas of China's agricultural scientific research evaluation system, and proposed to establish a correct value orientation and build a “four in one” agricultural scientific research evaluation system.
