Abstract: Using Brassica napus Jinghua 165 as material, a single factor experiment of sowing rate, fertilization level and herbicide was set up to analyze its effects on growth period, yield and yield formation of Jinghua 165. The results showed that when the sowing rate was 9.0 kg/hm2, the growth of rape was the best, and the yield was up to 3 061.6 kg/hm2; The yield decreased with the increase or decrease of sowing rate. The local high-yield fertilized rape in Tibet had the largest yield, but the amount of fertilizer was large, so it was difficult to achieve production. The imported NPK40% compound fertilizer could be used to replace the local recommended fertilizer to meet the fertilizer needs of rape production;Herbicides could be used instead of manual hoeing of broad-leaved weeds in vegetable fields. Therefore, when the sowing rate is 9.0 kg/hm2, applying NPK40% compound fertilizer and weeding with herbicides, and the growth period is appropriate, Jinghua 165 can achieve higher yield and gradually realize the light and simplified production of rape in Tibet.
