Abstract: The lignans in the cane of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. were extracted by the ultrasonic-ethanol method, and the ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature and material-liquid ratio were taken as investigation factors, and the extraction rate of lignans from the cane of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. was used as the response value, based on the single factor experiment, the response surface Box-Behnken was used to design and optimize the experimental plan. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the response surface methodology optimization experiment were the ultrasonic power 160 W, ultrasonic time 50 min, ultrasonic temperature 55 ℃, material-liquid ratio 1∶27(g/mL), the extraction rate was 0.371% under this condition. It showed that the response surface methodology can better optimize the ultrasonic-ethanol extraction of lignans from the cane of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill., and provide the theoretical basis for the industrial development and utilization of the cane of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. and the application of waste parts of Chinese medicinal materials.
