Abstract: Taking the overall land use planning of Longhu Town in Xinzheng City as an example, the spatial coincidence model and the center of gravity shift model were constructed by combining data analysis and spatial analysis, and the consistency between the planning and the current situation was calculated quantitatively from two aspects： The planning implementation process and the implementation result. On this basis, combined with social and economic development, the causes of inconsistency problems were explored, which could provide methodological guidance for the post-evaluation of national spatial planning.
