Research on the relief path of rural home care service under the background of rural revitalization：Based on the perspective of ecosystem theory

Abstract

Abstract: In order to build high-quality rural pension services, the development dilemma of rural home care services was studied. Based on the perspective of ecosystem theory, it was analyzed from the three system levels of macro, meso and micro. The results show that there are some problems in rural home care services, such as the outstanding contradictions between supply and demand, the lack of elderly career talents, and the conservative concepts of elderly care. Therefore, in combination with the rural revitalization strategy, suggestions are put forward from the government, community, elderly and other subjects, that is, to strengthen the leading role of the government, strengthen the capacity building of community elderly care services, and establish a correct elderly care concept.
