Abstract: Taking Chengqiao Street, Liuhe District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, as the research area, the evaluation process of soil erosion intensity in the research area was studied by combining theoretical algorithm, model building and field application according to the relevant standards of the Ministry of Water Resources. The existing DEM generation method and land use classification method were optimized to some extent, and the monitoring elements of soil erosion were extracted by using multi-source remote sensing impact data, and the soil erosion intensity in the study area was estimated based on the RUSLE model. The results of practical application in the field were compared and analyzed with the existing methods to verify the validity and objectivity of the theories and algorithms.
