A Case Study on Zhumadian City:Intensive Use Appraisal and Spatial Differentiation Feature of Construction Land

Abstract: Taking Zhumadian city,Henan province,as the example,the index system was designed with 4 factors including use intensity index,growing consumption index,elasticity index and administration performance index to appraise construction land intensive use and spatial differentiation feature,by the method of multi-factor synthetic appraisement. The results show that the level of land intensive use is obviously different and the space distribution is imbalanced among each district,which are mainly affected by the location and landforms.
