Abstract: Based on literature research, the research group was strictly defined and the research contents were quantified,and then the data were collected by means of questionnaire and semi structured interview,finally,an statistical analysis was conducted on the digital information by the data processing software. From the cultural acceptance,adaptive behavior,adaptive psychology and adaptation approach,the acculturation situation of rural migrant worker population in changing environment was studied to explore various factors influencing the acculturation,and some corresponding suggestions were put forward.
