Abstract: To selecte the best substitution fertilizer varieties and their proportions, the effect of the partial substitution chemical fertilizer of different kinds of new fertilizer on potato（Solanum tuberosum L.） yield was studied. The results showed that the yield of potato treated with high efficiency new fertilizer with organic fertilizer and potato compound fertilizer was higher than that treated with without fertilization（CK1）, potato compound fertilizer of 1 500 kg/hm²（CK2） and potato compound fertilizer of 1 125 kg/hm²（CK3）, and the ratio of increase in production was 21.80%,11.77% and 18.69%,respectively. While the quality, potassium, and VC content of this treatment were high. And at the same time,25% of fertilizer application could be reduced.
