Abstract: This article takes the rule of law construction in the Z Village governance system in Jiangyang District, Luzhou City as a typical case, and analyzes the effectiveness of the rule of law construction in the Z Village governance system in combination with corresponding data analysis. The study found that after strengthening the construction of the rule of law, the effectiveness of Z Village's autonomy has been enhanced, the insufficiency of the rule of virtue has been compensated, the harmony and stability of the rural society have been guaranteed, and the governance capacity of the village has been significantly improved. However, at the same time, factors such as the unsmooth connection of rural governance norms, imperfect supervision and evaluation mechanism, and insufficient rural rule of law culture have caused many obstacles to the rule of law construction in the rural governance system. To this end, it is necessary to improve the rule of law system of rural governance, construct a scientific and reasonable supervision mechanism, and cultivate rural rule of law culture to solve the problems faced by the rule of law construction in the rural governance system, so as to better improve the efficiency of rural governance and realize rural revitalization.
