Abstract: The activities of three transaminases (alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and glutamine synthetase) were analyzed after 5, 15 d and adult stage when one-day old nymph of Cicadella viridis was treated by oxytetracycline hydrochloride. The results showed that the activities of three transaminases increased significantly after 5 d after treated with oxytetracycline hydrochloride. The activities of glutamine synthetase and aspartate aminotransferase decreased significantly after 5 d, but the activity of alanine aminotransferase increased significantly. Three transaminases of glutamine synthetase, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in Cicadella viridis male and glutamine synthetase andaspartate aminotransferase in female were significantly reduced, but the activity of alanine aminotransferase in female did not change significantly.
