Abstract: Single factor test was used to optimize the extraction efficiency of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens D2WM antimicrobial substance, and the storage characteristics of crude extraction of antimicrobial substance were studied. The stability of crude extracts and the fungicides screening on Dickeya chrysanthemi were studied. The results of biocontrol agents and commercial agents were compared. The results indicated that the optimum extraction solvent was n-butyl alcohol, the volume ratio of organic solvent to fermentation broth was 1∶7, and the extracting time was 0.5 h. In addition, the antimicrobial substances showed excellent stability towards temperature and ultraviolet. The antimicrobial activity was not influenced when exposed at 100 ℃, or after treatment of ultraviolet irradiation for 12 hours, the size of the antimicrobial circle was still 23 mm. When the antimicrobial substances were stored for 180 days, the size of the antimicrobial circle was still 16.33 mm. The crude extracts of biocontrol bacteria Bacillus amyloliquefaciens D2WM had good bacteriostatic effects on plant pathogens such as Pectobacterium atrosepticum, Pectobacterium carotovorum, Dickeya chrysanthemi, Pseudomonas syringae and Xanthomonas arboricola. Only New-tian Xiucai No. 6, Zhongshengmycin, benziothiazolinone and chloroisobromine cyanuric acid had good inhibitory effects on Dickeya chrysanthemi among the 19 tested medicines. It was found that the bacteriostatic effect of crude extract of biocontrol bacteria Bacillus amyloliquefaciens D2WM was higher than benziothiazolinone and chloroisobromine cyanuric acid.
