Geographical indication characteristics and unique production technology of rice in Huanghekou

Abstract: It was recognized as a national agricultural product geographical indication product in 2011. The geographical indication characteristics of rice in Huanghekou were expounded, including specific production area, unique production environment, human history and unique product quality, the unique production mode of rice in Huanghekou was summarized from the aspects of production area selection, variety selection, production management process, harvest and processing, aiming to maintain the brand quality of rice in Huanghekou to the greatest extent and further improve the quality of rice in Huanghekou brand awareness and market competitiveness of Huanghekou rice in the national and even international market.
