Abstract: Based on the survey datas of 306 farmers in Hutubi county of Xinjiang, from the three aspects of individual characteristics of farmers, farmers′ cognition and external environmental factors, the two-category Logistic model was used to deeply analyze the influence factors of the green production behavior response of farmers in Hutubi county. The results showed that in terms of influencing factors, investment risk expectations, policy awareness, neighborhood influence, and satisfaction with agricultural subsidies had positive effects on farmers′ green production behavior; The number of years of farming, arable land quality changes and policy constraints showed negative effects in the respond to farmers′ green production behavior. In this regard, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, such as strengthening policy publicity, cultivating the green concept of farmers, strengthening training efforts, building a new type of professional farmers, improving the subsidy structure and simplifying the green subsidy procedures.
