Evaluation of service quality of agricultural service platform based on SERVQUAL model:Taking Shouguang City agricultural information service platform as an example

Abstract: Based on SERVQUAL model, taking Shouguang agricultural information service platform as the research object, combined with users' service quality evaluation of the platform, the difference between perceived service quality and expected service quality was studied through questionnaire survey and data analysis. The results showed that there was a great difference between expected service quality and perceived service quality. The maximum difference was -2.26, and the minimum difference was -1.86. It showed that the users of Shouguang agricultural information service platform did not evaluate the service experience of the platform highly, and the platform needed to be optimized. Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward according to the research results.
