    Manufacture technology of Macheng meatloaf and its process optimization

    The effects of sweet potato starch addition, stirring time, pork and fish ratio and the amount of edible salt on the sensory evaluation and texture characteristics of traditional Macheng meatloaf were investigated, and optimized the preparation process by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the order of influence on the sensory evaluation value of meatloaf was as followstirring time> amount of edible salt>amount of sweet potato starch>the ratio of pork to fish meat. The orthogonal experiment to determine the optimal technological for making Macheng meatloaf (based on the 500 g fish meat)sweet potato starch is added in an amount of 340 g, the stirring time is 12 min, the ratio of pork to fish is 3.0∶5.0, and the amount of edible salt is 26 g.

    In this paper, the basic characteristics of Quanyou series of high-quality rice varieties, which were suitable for planting in Hubei ecological areas (except Wuling Mountain Area) and approved by the provincial government in 2020, were analyzed. The rueslt showed that, there were 12 suitable rice varieties. Viewing from the main body of variety breeding, the varieties mainly selected by enterprises;Quanyou series of high quality hybrid combinations generally had large grains per panicle and high seed setting rate, but the effective panicle number was general, and the yield per panicle contributed more in unit yield. Quanyou series of high quality hybrid combinations could be selected and bred varieties with good rice quality and blast resistance, but breeding varieties resistant to bacterial blight and brown planthopper remained to be strengthened.

    Monocarboxylate transporters (MCTs) belong to the solute carrier (SLC) transporter family, which consists of 14 members, sequentially named MCT1~14. MCT family proteins are all composed of 12 transmembrane domains, but each subtype has tissue distribution specificity and substrate differences, and they are also involved in a variety of physiological and pathological processes. MCT protein is highly expressed in malignant tumors and cancer cells, and its transport activity needs to be regulated by other auxiliary proteins, such as transmembrane glycoprotein, carbonic anhydrase, hyaluronic acid receptor, lactate dehydrogenase, etc., thereby promoting tumor cell invasion and transfer. MCT proteins have been used as potential targets for tumor therapy and some progress has been made in tumor therapy using MCT inhibitors. This paper mainly summarizes the functional regulation of MCT and its physiological characteristics in tumors, and provides a reference for the discovery of MCT-targeted inhibitors and drugs.

    Structure and signal regulation mechanism of phytochrome

    Light signals participate in and regulate multiple reactions in plant life cycles, and plants can obtain diverse optical information through their own photoreceptors. Phytochrome(phy) is one of the phytochrome proteins that sense red/far-red light, which plays an important role in developmental transitions such as germination and flowering, and adaptive responses such as phototropism and shade avoidance. Phytochromes exist in two interchangeable forms, the Pr form absorbs R light, whereas the Pfr form absorbs FR light, and this difference is evident in the structure of them. The structural differences and signal regulation mechanisms of the two forms of photopigmentation are reviewed. Moreover, we take the regulation of phytochrome on plant photosynthesis as an example to illustrate the significance of phytochrome for plant growth and development. Finally, the directions for future studies are discussed.

    A wild male albino-Chinese pond turtle (P) was used to cultivate artificial albino Chinese pond turtle individuals.The albino-male turtle(P) was mated with ordinary female turtles to breed F1 offsprings,The mature F1 offspring female turtles were mated with the albino-male turtle(P) to breed F2 offsprings.After 7~8 years ocultivation,the F3 offsprings were cultivated albino-Chinese pound turtle individuals in 2008.This was the first time cultivated albino-Chinese pound turtles successfully.After the cultivation of the 5th generation(F5) and 14 batches,the rate of emergence of albino-Chinese pound turtles have reached more than 80%,the stable gene with albino-Chinese pound turtles was developed for the first time.

    The prevention and treatment effect of orchard weeds was studied by using four kinds of herbicides in cherry orchard, such as 200 g/L glyphosate ammonium aqueous solutions, 41% N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine aqueous solutions,41% N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine aqueous solutions + 2-Methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid soluble powder, diquat dibromide aqueous solutions + haloxyfop-paqueous solutions. The results showed that the four herbicides had some effect on weeds in orchards. The prevention and control effect was 200 g/L glyphosate ammonium >41% N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine aqueous solutions + 2-Methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid soluble powder>diquat dibromide aqueous solutions+ haloxyfop-paqueous solutions>41% N-(phosphonomethyl) glycine aqueous solutions. Different weeds had different reactions to herbicides, 200 g/L glyphosate ammonium aqueous solutions had the best control effects on Chenopodium album L.,Geranium wilfordii Maxim., Bidens pilosa L., Euphorbia helioscopia L. 41% N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine aqueous solutions + 2-Methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid soluble powder had the best control effects on Chenopodium album L. and Euphorbia helioscopia L.

    Soil carbon pool is the largest carbon pool in terrestrial ecosystems. It plays a very important role in regulating global climate change and ecosystem carbon cycle. Soil inorganic carbon(SIC) is the second largest carbon pool in the soil, second only to soil organic carbon(SOC),which mainly exists in arid and semi-arid areas. In this paper, the distribution and influencing factors of soil inorganic carbon, the mechanism of soil carbon sequestration and the application of carbon stable isotope technology are discussed,aiming to emphasize the role and status of soil inorganic carbon in global climate change and carbon cycle. We should strengthen the research on the role of soil inorganic carbon in terrestrial ecosystem, and deeply explore the cycling process of soil inorganic carbon, so as to provide reference for correctly determining the carbon source and sink function of terrestrial ecosystem.

    The new dry-land wheat variety Linmai No.9 was bred by selection from lines of Lin 044190 as female and Taishan No.23 as male by Linyi Academy of Agriculture Sciences. The variety has good properties such as high yield, resistance to wide range and good quality,and which was certified and approved by Crop Authorization Committee of Shandong Province in 2018. The breeding process and the cultivation techniques of the variety were summarized.

    Control effects of five kinds of fungicides against the wheat rhizome rot disease

    The study aims to find out high effective fungicides which had better control on wheat rhizome rot disease in filed in Honghu city, Hubei Province. Two methods were used: seed dressing and root spraying. The results showed that the control effects of five kinds of fungicides (50% carbendazim, 43% tebuconazole, 19% propiconazole, 21% jinggangmycin,50% formosa) in the seed dressing test were 25.3%~56.9%. Among them, 43% tebuconazole (1500 ml/hm2) showed the highest control effect (56.9%). At the same, the control effect of 19% propiconazole (900 g/hm2) and 21% jinggangmycin (750 mL/hm2) was also higher (53.1% and 50.0%, respectively). The control effects of five kinds of fungicides (60% carbendazim, horizon (430 g/L), 19% propiconazole, 24% jinggangmycin,weifu (400 g/L)) in the root spraying test were 11.8%~54.4%. Among them, the horizon (430 g/L) (180 g/hm2) showed the highest control effect (54.4%). The control effects of 19% propiconazole (900 mL/hm2) and horizon (430 g/L) (135 g/hm2) were also higher (49.3% and 43.2%, respectively). To control the wheat rhizome rot in Honghu city, the horizon (430 g/L) (180 g/hm2) and 19% propiconazole (900 mL/hm2) for seed dressing should be selected; 43% tebuconazole (180 g/hm2) and 19% propiconazole (900 mL/hm2) for the root spraying should be selected.

The breeding process,characteristics,production performance,quality characteristics and resistance were introduced. Moreover,the key cultivation techniques were elaborated.

    In order to strengthened the rural governance system and governance capacity building, and promoted the overall revitalization of rural areas, based on the perspective of “three circles” theory, taking the typical case of popularizing the application of integral system in rural governance published by the ministry of agriculture and rural affairs in 2020 as an example, this paper analyzed the problems existing in the implementation of integral system policy in rural governance in terms of value circle, capacity circle and support circle.In responsed to these problems, from the perspectives of precise targeting of service targets, internal reengineering of the executive body, and external collaboration with stakeholder groups, measures were proposed to enhance the value recognition of villagers, strengthen the capacity building of local governments and village-level organizations, and seek action support from social forces.To built a point system policy implementation network of multi-subject cooperation and co-governance to enhance the implementation effect of the point system policy and promoted the long-term operation of the point system policy in rural governance.

    The two mainstream technologies of CesiumJS 3D earth visualization framework and Electron cross-platform development framework were introduced, the integrated application scenarios of the two through actual cases of engineering projects were demonstrated, and the development method of the combination of the two was discussed. The introduction of core functions related to the case showed that CesiumJS had rich functions and performance capabilities in spatial data visualization, the Electron technology was used to expand the support of WebGIS applications for local data, in order to provide new models and new ideas for building more flexible and efficient and a smooth 3D visualization information platform.

    The effect of 288 g/L fluroxypyr-mepthyl EC on broadleaved weed control in wheat field was studied. The wheat yield, the content of N-P-K and water were also analyzed after weed control by fluroxypyr-mepthyl.The results indicated that the efficacy of weed control were remarkable by 288 g/L fluroxypyr-mepthyl EC in wheat field. All showed control efficacy on Galium aparine, Vicia sativa and Malachium aquaticum with a total fresh weight control effect from 90.3% to 99.9% after 60 days. After weed control, the consumption of N, P, K and water by weeds was significantly decreased, and the water and fertilizer conditions in the field were effectirely improved. The wheat yield was ranged 3 162.3 to 3 401.7 kg/hm2 after treated with 288 g/L fluroxypyr-mepthyl EC, which increased by 23.0%~32.3% compared to untreated control. Moreover, the yield income increased by 1 358.84~1 909.46 yuan/hm2.

    Through the demonstration planting of fragrant and fine quality rice Yuxiang 203 in Xiaogan city of Hubei province, the results showed that fertility period of the variety showed a slightly longer, the strong resistance,high production and good rice quality,strong fragrance, good regeneration,etc,which was suitable for cultivation in Xiaogan city. The main cultivation techniques in Xiaogan city were introduced.

    The distribution of apple snail (Pomacea canaliculata) in the lower reaches of the Yangtze river,including provinces of Anhui,Jiangxi,Jiangsu and Zhejiang and the city of Shanghai in China,was investigated,and the distribution characteristics,transmission routes and control strategies of apple snail were discussed.The results showed that some areas in the lower reaches of the Yangtze river are high-density distributed with apple snail and the most often invaded sites include ditches,shallow ponds,aquatic plant fields,rivers and lakes.There three main routes of transmission of apple snail to the lower reaches of the Yangtze river,i.e.,direct introduction by man,indirect introduction with aquatic plants and natural spread.In resent years,indirect introduction with aquatic plants has become the most important route of transmission of apple snail.The main control strategies of apple snailwere introduced.It was suggested that the quarantine for movement of aquatic plants to prevent the spread of apple snail with the plants,and the research in integratedcontrol technology should be strengthened.

    Gibberellin (Gibberellins, gas) as a kind of growth regulator widely existing in plants, are involved in the regulation of plant seed germination, hypocotyl extension, leaf extension, the development of the flower, fruit and seed and many other physiological processes. A large number of studies have shown that GAs also play an important role in plant resistance to abiotic stress by regulating the biosynthesis, signal transduction and biological activity of GAs, in order to improve the tolerance of plants to abiotic stress. The recent studies on the effect of exogenous gibberellins on seed germination and the growth and development of seedlings were systematically reviewed, mainly focusing on seed germination, physiological and biochemistry characteristics, and related gene regulation, and an important reference basis for the utilization of the gibberellin in the production of the crops was provided.

    Luomai 18 is a wheat variety selected by Luohe Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It was approved by the state in 2012(GS 2012011). Luomai 18 has high yield, stable yield and comprehensive resistance. It is in the forefront among the same varieties. In 2009—2012, the output of Luomai 18 ranked first in the national regional and production trials. In the high-yield demonstration, the yield of this variety was more than 10 500.0 kg/hm2 in two consecutive years, which has high yield potential. At the same time, Luomai 18 has excellent characteristics such as low nitrogen and high efficiency, so it has studied the cultivation techniques of ripening Luomai 18, and innovated and popularized them. The model has been widely applied in Huanghuai wheat area, with a cumulative application area of 800 000 hm2 in the past three years, so as to realize the development of high yield, high efficiency and green wheat production.

    For the present situation of soil polluted by plastic film residue, the field experiment of sweet potato[Dioscorea esculenta(Lour.) Burkill] with degradation film was carried out. The results showed that, the oxidative biological degradation film used in this experiment occurred degradation and this degradation was continuous, it could reduce the impact on farmland environment of the plastic film, at the same time the film spreading mode was consistent with ordinary plastic film, and it had the same effects on the growth and yield of sweet potato, it could meet the needs of film mulching cultivation of sweet potato.
