    Functional regulation and physiological characteristics of monocarboxylic acid transporter (MCT)

    Monocarboxylate transporters (MCTs) belong to the solute carrier (SLC) transporter family, which consists of 14 members, sequentially named MCT1~14. MCT family proteins are all composed of 12 transmembrane domains, but each subtype has tissue distribution specificity and substrate differences, and they are also involved in a variety of physiological and pathological processes. MCT protein is highly expressed in malignant tumors and cancer cells, and its transport activity needs to be regulated by other auxiliary proteins, such as transmembrane glycoprotein, carbonic anhydrase, hyaluronic acid receptor, lactate dehydrogenase, etc., thereby promoting tumor cell invasion and transfer. MCT proteins have been used as potential targets for tumor therapy and some progress has been made in tumor therapy using MCT inhibitors. This paper mainly summarizes the functional regulation of MCT and its physiological characteristics in tumors, and provides a reference for the discovery of MCT-targeted inhibitors and drugs.

    The breeding process and characteristics of a new maize(Zea mays L.) variety Yundan 25 were briefly introduced. Based on the results of the regional trial and production trial of maize varieties from 2019 to 2020 in Hubei Province, the performance of productivity, stability and adaptability of Yundan 25 in the mountain area of Hubei Province were analyzed by testing the average yield, yield variation coefficient, high yield effect value, high stability coefficient,adaptability parameter,and regression coefficient of yield and environmental index. The results showed that Yundan 25 was a new maize variety with a higher yield, stronger stability,wider adaptability, and suitable for spreading planting in mountainous areas of Hubei Province and other corresponding ecological areas. In addition, the effects of different fertilizer amount(A) and planting densities(B) on yield and main agronomic traits of maize variety Yundan 25 were studied by using two-factor split plot design. The results showed that the best cultivation mode of Yundan 25 was density of 55 000 plants/hm2, 750.0 kg/hm2 compound fertilizer as base fertilizer, 337.5 kg/hm2 urea as topdressing (seedling fertilizer ∶ ear fertilizer = 1∶2), and the average yield was the highest, reaching 15 670 kg/hm2.

    Study on molding technology of Masu Zhike granules

    The comprehensive score OD value of molding rate, moisture content, angle of repose and hygroscopic rate was taken as the investigation index. Using the single factor test and central composite design-response surface methodology, the molding process parameters such as the proportion of excipients and the density of liquid medicine of Masu Zhike granules were optimized. The results showed that the optimal molding process of Masu Zhike granules was the proportion of excipients(dextrin∶lactose) 0.17∶1, and the density of concentrated liquid medicine 1.25 g/cm3. Under this process, the total evaluation OD value was 0.657 7, which was equivalent to the predicted value (0.640 4), and the relative error was -2.70%. The optimized molding process of Masu Zhike granules by central composite design-response surface methodology is stable and feasible, with a high molding rate, good fluidity, low moisture content and hygroscopic rate, and the results are reliable.

    E Liangyou 100 is a new high-quality two-line hybrid mid-season indica combination bred jointly by Institute of Food Crops, Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Anhui Zhengfeng Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Hubei Jiafengyuan Seed Industry Co., Ltd. The combination was bred by using two-line male sterile line Enong 1S as the female parent and restorer line R100 as the male parent. The combination participated in the regional test of mid-season indica late-maturing group in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River from 2018 to 2019 and the production test in 2019 organized by Huachuang National Rice Science and Enterprise Association, showing the characteristics of high yield, good grain quality and suitable maturity. It was approved by the National Crop Variety Approval Committee in November 2020 (National Crop Variety Approval Committee 20200203). The breeding process, characteristics, resistance, grain quality and yield performance of the rice(Oryza sativa L.) variety were summarized, and the key points of cultivation and seed production technology were introduced to provide reference for the application and promotion of the variety.

    New wheat variety Emai 28 and its cultivation techniques

    Emai 28 was a new red floury wheat variety bred by crossing Yangmai 15 as the female parent and Hua 2566 as the male parent by Institute of Food Crops, Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In the regional test of wheat in Hubei Province from 2016 to 2018, the average grain yield of Emai 28 was 5 307 kg/hm2, 4.97% higher than that of the local check Zhengmai 9023. Emai 28 increased yield in 18 of 23 test sites, the point rate of yield increase was 78.26%. This variety showed the advantage of highly and stable yield. It was moderately resistant to moderately susceptible to Fusarium head blight (FHB) and powdery mildew, moderately resistant to high susceptible to stripe rust, and moderately susceptible to sharp eyespot under disease inoculation situation. Resistance to FHB, powdery mildew, pre-harvest sprout and lodging of Emai 28 were better than CK in production,and it showed the advantages of good comprehensive resistance. The variety was approved by Hubei Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2020, and the approval number was Eshenmai 20200004. Breeding process and main agronomic characteristics of Emai 28 were systematically elucidated. Yield performance, quality properties and resistance identification of Emai 28 were deeply analyzed, and key cultivation techniques of seed and food production of Emai 28 were thoroughly elaborated in this paper, which will provide theoretical basis and technical support for the application of Emai 28.

Lycium chinense has a variety of pharmacological activities such as liver and kidney protection, anti-oxidation, anti-aging, anti-tumor, neuroprotective activity, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, hypoglycemic and so on, and its pharmacological effect research is also expanding. In this paper, the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Lycium chinense and Lycium barbarum are reviewed, which can provide reference for the value excavation and resource development of Lycium chinense.

    Lactarius deliciosus is a kind of ectomycorrhiza edible fungus, which can form ectomycorrhiza with pine. It is difficult to cultivate Lactarius deliciosus in vitro due to the special symbiotic association of Lactarius deliciosus. So some studies were conducted including the ecological requirements, nutritional components, physiological activities, mycelia culture conditions, status and difficulties in artificial cultivation of Lactarius deliciosus, in order to shade a new light for in vitro artificial cultivation of Lactarius deliciosus.

    In June 2021, a Longlin goat farm in Guangxi suddenly experienced a decrease in the appetite of the sheep, and some goats were lying on the ground, coughing, wheezing, purulent nasal discharge, elevated body temperature, diarrhea and other symptoms, and even death, and the sick and dead sheep were dissected and conducted isolation and identification of bacteria. The results showed that the isolated strains were mainly based on sepsis, hemorrhagic enteritis and fibrinous pneumonia, and the isolated strains were morphologically characterized and 16S rDNA sequenced. The case was therefore sepsis caused by a mixture of infections with E.coli, Pasteurella multiclimum D, Acinetobacter india, Aeromonas guinea pig, and Staphylococcus coronaria. Susceptibility test results showed that bacteria were highly sensitive to kanamycin, cefotaxime, telmicoxam, and florfenicol.

    In order to cultivate new maize varieties with stable yield and suitable mechanical harvesting suitable for planting in tropical and subtropical regions of southern China, a germplasm improvement population was constructed based on tropical germplasm and supplemented by temperate germplasm, and maize inbred lines suitable for Guangxi ecological environment were created and combined. A new maize variety Guidan 902 was bred through years of multi-point identification. In the spring and autumn regional test of 2018, the average yield was 7 719.00 kg/hm2, 5.80% higher than that of the control; the average yield of the production test in spring and autumn of 2019 was 7 138.00 kg/hm2, 7.70% higher than that of the control. It was susceptible to sheath blight, northern and southern leaf blight,resistant to southern rust, and moderately resistant to Fusarium ear rot and Fusarium stem rot. The bulk density,crude protein, crude fat and crude starch of Guidan 903 were 758.00 g/L、10.21%、4.12%、72.55% separately. The test lodging rates in 2018—2019 were 5.30% and 0.40% separately, and the discount rates were 0 and 0.50%, separately. Guidan 902 has a high and stable yield, which meets the requirements of mechanized harvesting in Guangxi and can be planted in the whole Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

    In order to evaluate and select appropriate tobacco varieties growing in Lingbao tobacco growing area of Sanmenxia city, the field performance and quality of flue cured leaf of varieties (Yunyan 119, Yan’an 1, LY1306, Qushou 1, Yunyan 116, Danyan 1, Xiangyan 5 and Lingxuan 1) in the field of tobacco growing in Lingbao were compared by using Yunyan 87 as the control. The results showed that Yan’an 1 and Lingxuan 1 had good comprehensive agronomic characters and strong adaptability in Lingbao tobacco growing area, with coordinated chemical composition, good aroma quality, sufficient aroma, and comfortable taste, which could be used as the substitute of Yunyan 87 for further research and demonstration.

    Five improved varieties of prune (Prunus domestica L.) were selected as the research objects, and the agronomic characters and adaptability of different varieties of prune were analyzed by the experiment of density, water and fertilizer integration and cold resistance. The results showed that, under the planting density of 5.0 m×2.5 m and reasonable control of water and fertilizer, Goddess prune and France prune needed three layers of protection in the first year, two layers of protection in the second year, and could safely overwinter without protection in the third year with good cold resistance. The planting density of Red prune, Blue prune and Xinmei No. 1 were 4.0 m×2.0 m under reasonable control of water and fertilizer, three layers of protection for overwintering were required in the first year, two layers in the second year, and one layer in the third year. With the reasonable supporting cultivation techniques, five prune varieties could safely overwinter and were suitable for planting in northern Xinjiang.

In this paper, herbal authentication of Qiai was carried out, and Qiai industry status was summarized from genuineness, brand advantages, ecological planting mode, processing business, and COVID-19 prevention.     Flavonoids are a kind of active components widely existing in traditional Chinese medicine, which have a variety of pharmacological activities. The relevant research literature on the anti gastric ulcer efficacy and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine of flavonoids was sorted out. The results show that flavonoids have the anti gastric ulcer efficacy of repairing and protecting gastric mucosa and reducing gastric digestive juice secretion. Its mechanism is mainly to increase gastric mucosal blood flow, improve gastric mucosal antioxidant capacity, inhibite gastrointestinal hormone secretion and promote growth factor secretion.

    The pest species and epidemic regularity of Callerya speciosa were studied through field investigation. A randomized block design was used to compare the control effects of different pesticides on powdery mildew of Callerya speciosa and explore the best green control technology. The results showed that there were few diseases and insect pests in Callerya speciosa, but it was easy to infect diseases and insect pests in seedling stage, mainly including root rot, rust, powdery mildew, anthracnose, downy mildew, leaf blight, root knot nematode and aphid. Five fungicides were effective in controlling the powdery mildew of Callerya speciosa. The control effect of 25% triadimefon was 98.0%, 42% oligosaccharides · sulfur was 89.0%, 1% osthole was 76.8%, 0.5% physcion was 27.6%, Trichoderma harzianum was 13.8%. 25% triadimefon, 42% oligosaccharides · sulfur and 1% osthole had the best control effect, and there was no significant difference among them. The best green control technology for powdery mildew of Callerya speciosa is intermingled use of 42% oligosaccharides · sulfur and 1% osthole.

    To research the age and growth of Schizothorax curilabiatus in Chayu River. 95 individual fishes of Schizothorax curilabiatus were collected from Gongrigabu river in August 2021. The lapillus was used to study the age and growth characteristics, and the growth equation was fitted by using the Von Bertalanffy growth equation. The relationship between body length and body weight of Schizothorax curilabiatus was described as W = 4.708×10-5L2.745 7. The Von Bertalanffy growth equations were: L=260.65[1-e-0.096(t+1.805)], W =202.59[1-e-0.096(t+1.805)]2.745 7. Schizothorax curilabiatus belonged to heterogenic growth in Chayu River, and grew slowly.

    The two-line hybrid rice(Oryza sativa L.) system based on the photoperiod-thermo sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) line is an important approach for rice heterosis utilization, and the development of the two-line hybrid rice has made an important contribution to guaranteeing food security in China. In this paper, we summarized the breeding research status of PTGMS rice, and pointed out the main problems in the breeding of PTGMS lines, including the single type of sterile genes and the slow progress of genetic research on the critical temperature of fertility transition. In response to those issues, the next development strategy was proposed, that is, to explore and make use of new genic male sterile resources, especially photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile resources in the indica genetic background, and to strengthen the research on the genes that regulate the critical temperature of fertility transition in male sterile lines. On this basis, molecular marker-assisted breeding should be used to improve the breeding efficiency of PTGMS lines and broaden the genetic basis of PTGMS germplasm.

    The effects of different fertilizer treatments on citrus Ehima No.28 fruit quality

    Aiming at the problem of quality improvement of Ehima No. 28 hybrid citrus in high-quality cultivation, the effects of different fertilization treatments on fruit quality were studied. Two-year experiment results showed that the combination of compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer could effectively improve the Ehima No.28 fruit quality. Compared with the control, the application of 1 kg per plant potassium sulphate compound fertilizer (51%, N-P-K=17-17-17) and 2 kg per plant organic biological bacterial fertilizer showed that the soluble solids content significantly increased by 5.0%, the content of titratable acid significantly decreased by 22.1%, and the solid acid ratio of fruit juice raised to 20.0 that was significantly increased by 34.2%, while the single fruit weight significantly increased by 36.5%. The application of 1 kg per plant nitrate sulfur based compound fertilizers (44%, N-P-K=16-6-22) and 2 kg per plant organic biological bacterial fertilizer showed that the content of titratable acid significantly decreased by 18.2%, the solid acid ratio was raised to 18.6 that was significantly increased by 21.6%, however, there was no significant difference in single fruit weight. The two mixed collocation formulas could provide reference for scientific fertilization in field management, as well as improve the quality of Ehima No.28.

    Taking the modes of live-streaming sales of different subjects as the research object, the goods selling modes and effects of mainstream media, local officials, stars, internet celebrities, amateurs, entrepreneurs and virtual anchors were discussed. And on this basis, the mode and effect of linkage live broadcast of “mainstream media + internet celebrities” “stars + internet celebrities” and “live anchors + virtual anchors” were deeply analyzed. The study found that there were problems in the live streaming sales, such as the false sale of goods by the anchor, the low grade of live broadcast content, and the difficulty of protecting consumers' rights, and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the anchor, platform, judicial, law enforcement and consumers.

    Zishui watershed is a subtropical humid area with high vegetation coverage, abundant precipitation and large runoff. The quantitative assessment of water production in the basin is beneficial to rationally planning the water resources and promoting the economic development of the basin. Based on the water yield module of INVEST model, this paper studied the water yield of the resource water basin in 2005, 2010 and 2015, and simulated the effects of precipitation and land use change on the water yield according to the background analysis. The results showed that from 2005 to 2015, the total water yield first decreased and then increased, but the value changed little. The average water yield in 2005, 2010 and 2015 was 1 153.39 mm, 973.81 mm and 1 102.37 mm, respectively, and the total water yield was 332.17×108 m3, 280.45×108 m3 and 317.48×108 m3. The spatial pattern of water production was higher in the north and lower in the south. From Loudi city to Yiyang city, the water production was higher, while from Loudi city to Shaoyang city, the water production was relatively lower. Through background analysis, it was found that the contributions of land use change to water production from 2005 to 2010, 2005 to 2015 and 2010 to 2015 were 8.57%, 38.80% and 10.06%, respectively, and the contributions of precipitation change to water production were 91.43%, 61.20% and 89.94% respectively. Precipiture had a greater impact on water production, while land use had a smaller impact on water production.
