    Ehui 71 is a blast-resistant and fragrant rice restorer line developed by molecular marker-assisted selection (MAS) technology by Food Crop Research Institute of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The Ehui 71-derived hybrid combinations showed advantages with heterosis, yield and resistance by crossing with male sterile lines, such as Enong 1S, Enong 2S, Yu 03S and Luohong 4A. Among them, Eliangyou 2071 and Yangsun No. 1 were approved by Hubei Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2021, while Yuliangyou 71 was approved by Hubei Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2022. The breeding process, variety characteristics and application of Ehui 71 were summarized.

    Through the statistical analysis of the seed setting rate of 37 high seed setting tetraploid rice, it was found that the high seed setting characteristics of polyploid meiosis stability(PMeS) could be stably inherited, and the seed setting rate of the selected different lines was more than 80%. Therefore, in the process of homozygous addition of tetraploid rice, with the increase of generation, it was possible to select the ideal stable high-seeding material by increaseing the total number of grains and the number of filled grains, and the increase and decrease of the number of unfilled grains had become an important index for the field breeding of tetraploid rice in Hubei Province. In the process of homozygous addition of tetraploid rice, it was possible to continue pressure selection from the aspect of improving seed setting rate. Although it was possible to breed more ideal materials, the selection probability was very small, especially in the quick selection of more ideal materials. Therefore, the choice should be placed more on the improvement of comprehensive traits.

    Adopted Xiadao1 rice variety, three sowing methods, namely mechanical precision hole seeding, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) broadcast sowing and UAV drill sowing, were used to comprehensively investigate the effects of rice leaf area index, leaf SPAD, photosynthetic rate, aboveground dry matter accumulation and transport, and yield. The results showed that the yield of mechanical precision hole seeding, UAV broadcast sowing and UAV drill sowing were 8.05, 9.52 and 8.52 t/hm2, respectively, and the UAV broadcast sowing treatment had the best yield increase effect. The main reasons for the increased yield in UAV broadcast sowing treatment were the post-flowering rice population had a higher leaf area index, and the leaf SPAD maintained a higher level at the later growth stage, which stabilized the photosynthetic dry matter accumulation in the aboveground part, improved the dry matter and grain distribution operation, and ensured the increase of effective ear and 1 000-grain weight. Therefore, using UAV broadcast sowing combined with reasonable water and fertilizer management technology to improve the leaf area index and stabilize the effective ear number could enhance the stable yield of direct seeded rice.

    The effects of six rice stubble height(10,20,30,40,50,60 cm) on growing development and seed yield of Chinese milk vetch (Astragalus sinicus L.) in southern Henan were explored to seek the best treatment of rice stubble height. The results showed as follows: different stubble height could significantly affect the light intensity and change the surface temperature and humidity. The high stubble (50~60 cm) could provide a suitable microclimate for the early growth and development of Chinese milk vetch, but was not conducive to the yield of fresh grass at full flowering and seed at harvest. The stubble height of 30~40 cm could increase the stem diameter, branch number and fresh weight per plant in the middle and late growth stage of Chinese milk vetch, and then increase the fresh grass yield at the full flowering stage and seed yield at the harvest stage, which was worth promoting and applying in rice production in southern Henan Province.

    In view of the characteristics of the large area of winter fallow field, rich straw resources, convenient irrigation and distinct climate in four seasons in eastern Hubei Province, the key technology research and related model demonstration and popularization of early-middle season Oryza sativa -Stropharia rugosoannulata rotation were carried out in the fixed-point rice field with ventilation, water conservancy and no pollution in the surrounding area.     Through the comparative analysis of the days from emergence to harvest, plant traits and yield of different types of spring-sowing corn, spring-sowing sweet corn, spring-sowing silage corn and spring-sowing early-maturing corn mainly planted in eastern Hubei, it was found that the three types of corn were significantly different in these aspects. In terms of income, spring-sowing sweet corn was significantly higher than the other two types of corn, and the comprehensive utilization potential of spring-sowing sweet corn straw was huge, which could be used as high-quality silage. Therefore, it was of strategic significance and market value to promote and develop local spring sowing sweet corn planting in eastern Hubei.

    Through the field experiment of flowering, the dynamics of blossoming into boll and optimum boll forming period of cotton direct-seeded after wheat in northern Hubei Province were analyzed. The results showed that the flowering period of cotton direct-seeded after wheat in northern Hubei Province was from July 25th to September 17th,the boll-forming period was from July 25th to September 11th,and the peak boll forming period was from July 30th to September 2nd. The beginning and peak period of blossoming into the boll were advanced or delayed according to the current climate. It was a high boll formation rate and a fast fructification in the early and middle stages of flowering,and the period of daily maximum boll-forming was 10~15 days earlier than the period of daily maximum flowering. The optimum bolling period of post-wheat cotton in northern Hubei Province was from July 25th to August 28th. The summer and early autumn bolls formed in this period were the main parts of post-wheat cotton production in northern Hubei Province,the rangeability of bell weight and ginning outturn were not wide,and the fibre quality met the requirements of the textile industry.

    The effects of three kinds of forage ramie [Boehmeria nivea (L.) Gaudich.] (Zhongsizhu No.1, Emu No.6 ramie, TG5) planted in 2018—2021 on water loss volume in sloping farmland were studied, and their biological yield and nutritional components were analyzed. The results showed that the average plant height of Zhongsizhu No. 1 was the highest in 4 years;the biological yield of Emu No.6 ramie was the highest and the corn was the least;the average water loss volume of Emu No.6 ramie was the least, and the corn was the most;in terms of stem leaf ratio, Emu No.6 ramie > Zhongsizhu No.1 > TG5; in terms of dry fresh ratio, Zhongsizhu No.1 > Emu No. 6 ramie> TG5. In 2008, the average soil loss of Emu No. 6 ramie was the least and corn was the most. In terms of crude fat, crude fiber, and crude protein, the ramie leaves were significantly better than those of ramie stems and corn. Forage ramie was an excellent feed crop on the hillside from the perspective of biological yield, conserving soil and water and nutrients.

    Taking soybean[Glycine max (Linn.) Merr.] variety Edou No.8 as experimental material, the effects of uniconazole and NaHSO3 on yield and agronomic traits of soybean were studied by two-factor randomized block experiment. The results showed that different concentrations of uniconazole and NaHSO3 could increase the yield of soybean,and there was no significant difference in soybean yield among different concentrations of uniconazole. The interaction between uniconazole and NaHSO3 had no significant effect on soybean yield, but the difference in soybean yield between different concentrations of NaHSO3 treatment was extremely significant. The number of effective branches per plant, the number of effective pods per plant, the number of grains per plant and the grain weight per plant increased with the increase of NaHSO3 concentration, and the highest was at 200 mg/L treatment. The average yield of the treatment of 100 mg/L uniconazole + 200 mg/L NaHSO3 (A2B3) was the highest, and the number of main stem nodes, effective branches and effective pods per plant were also the highest.

    To explore the characteristics of nitrogen and phosphorus in paddy fields and the effects on rice(Oryza sativa L.) growth after rain storage irrigation, three kinds of storage ceiling (100 mm, 80 mm and 60 mm) were set based on frequent irrigation with water at the depth of just covering the field surface that was taken as control. The pit test of rain storage irrigation for rice was conducted under natural precipitation, and nitrogen and phosphorus characteristics of the surface water in field and the final impact on crop agronomic traits after rain storage in each treatment were analyzed. The results showed that there was no significant difference (P>0.05) in the concentrations of nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the surface water among rainwater storage treatments under the condition of the same fertilizer amount, irrigation water quality and solute, and the concentrations of each substance in the surface water of each rainwater storage treatment gradually decreased with time. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) in the agronomic traits of rice among treatments, and rain storage had no effect on the agronomic traits of rice. In conclusion, in normal and dry years, rain storage below 100 mm has no significant impact on nitrogen and phosphorus of surface water in field, and crop growth and development, in the perspective of water saving and emission reduction, it can be widely promoted.

    To understand the operation mechanism of the rice and fishery complex system in the saline land,the water,soil,and rice crabs in the paddy fields,ring ditch,and main ditch of the system were sampled from April to September 2021 to determine the contents of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium,and the interception rate and material flow analysis methods were applied to study the accumulation characteristics and transport of nutrients in the rice and fishery complex system. The results showed that the system effectively intercepted nutrients,among which the soil accumulation capacity of the system was weak and released some nutrients,and the cumulative effect of soil nutrients showed rice field > main ditch > ring ditch;the material flow analysis showed that the nutrients of the system had a relatively good out-in ratio and output-input ratio,with total nitrogen being used mainly by rice crabs,and the system had a high surplus of total phosphorus and total potassium. It could be seen that the system intercepted nutrients effectively, the rice crabs were able to use the nutrients,especially the ability to use total nitrogen,and total potassium was also stored in the soil; the system effectively purified the water body,and the input nutrients could meet the growth demand of rice crabs and other organisms.

    In order to produce Lactobacillus rhamnosus of yak origin with high selenium content, a culture protocol was designed using the liquid medium containing different concentrations of sodium selenite, different incubation temperatures and different selenium addition times. The results showed that the best culture conditions were the incubation temperature of 38 ℃, sodium selenite concentration of 12 μg/mL, selenium addition time of the 6th h, and 24 h incubation, the conversion rate was 50.34% and the selenium enrichment was up to 5 658.256 μg/g. This study provided a better basis for the production of selenium-enriched lactic acid bacteria products.

    In response to the problem of excessive chemical fertilizer application in the production of facility melon and fruit vegetables, the effects of three chemical fertilizer reduction techniques on cucumber yield and quality were investigated by field plot trials in the main production areas of facility melon and fruit vegetables in Wuhan. The chemical fertilizer reduction techniques included soil testing and formula fertilization (T2), organic fertilizer substitution (T3), and organic small molecule water soluble fertilizer water integration (T4). The study showed that compared with farmers' customary fertilizer application treatment (T1), the T2 treatment increased yield by 11.14% per 667 m2, T3 treatment increased yield by 8.95% per 667 m2, and T4 treatment reduced yield by 0.41% per 667 m2. All fertilizer reduction techniques significantly increased the soluble sugar, protein and VC content and reduced the nitrate content of cucumber, with the best nutritional quality of cucumber in T3 and T4 treatments. In terms of cumulative nutrient uptake of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in cucumber, T3 treatment was the highest. Under the conditions of this experiment, organic fertilizer substituted 30% of chemical fertilizer technology was the most effective.

    In order to understand the effects of activated humic acid slow-release fertilizer on peanut growth, yield and fertilizer utilization, the comparative experiment of field plots in Huanggang Academy of Agricultural Sciences base was carried out. The results showed that the accumulation of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in peanut plants, fruit shells and seed kernels could be increased by both active humic acid slow-release fertilizer and common compound fertilizer. The accumulation of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium in peanut shells was the lowest. Compared with common compound fertilizer, the agricultural utilization rate of active humic acid slow-release fertilizer was higher, the length of the side branch could be shortened, and peanut growth was more robust. The yield increase was more significant by increasing the number of fruit and full fruit per plant, and the weight of 100 fruit and 100 kernels. The economic benefit of active humic acid slow-release fertilizer was higher than that of common compound fertilizer.With the 525 kg/hm2 fertilizer application rate, peanut economic benefit increased the most, reaching 2 656.79 yuan per hectare. The fertilizer contribution rate was 21.92%, and the agricultural utilization rate was 1.61 kg/kg.

    From a systematic perspective, the mechanism of economy, fertilizer and energy on agricultural carbon emissions were analyzed, a system dynamics model of agricultural carbon emissions in Henan Province was constructed, and agricultural carbon emissions under different policy situations were simulated. The results indicated that the agricultural carbon emissions in Henan Province showed a downward trend from 2020 to 2030, which was relatively slow. Changing chemical fertilizer structure and improving energy efficiency could inhibit agricultural carbon emissions. Finally, the theoretical suggestions for developing low-carbon agriculture in Henan Province were provided from the aspects of adjusting the level of public investment, reducing the proportion of nitrogen in fertilizer, and adjusting energy intensity.

    To detect whether the two popular insecticides, neonicotine and diamide had joint synergistic effect on greenhouse whitefly(Trialeurodes vaporariorum), the single dose toxicity of acetamiprid (neonicotinic insecticide) and cyantraniliprole (diamide insecticide) against greenhouse whitefly was investigated firstly by using an improved agar moisturizing leaf-dipping method, then the combined toxicity of the two insecticides in a 1:1 ratio was detected. The joint toxicity was evaluated by the method of co-toxicity coefficient and co-toxicity factor. The results showed that the co-toxicity factor was 38.99, and the co-toxicity coefficient of the two insecticides was 190.13, indicating that the toxicity of the two insecticides against greenhouse whitefly showed a high synergistic activity.

    In order to evaluate the safety of imidacloprid against Orius sauteri in tobacco fields, the acute exposure toxicity of imidacloprid against Orius sauteri adults and nymphs was determined by the drug film method, and the safety of spraying imidacloprid against Orius sauteri in tobacco fields was evaluated by calculating the hazard quotient(HQ) in farmland. The results showed that the lethal concentration 50 of imidacloprid to the first to fifth instars of nymph and male and female adults of Orius sauteri were 0.587 7, 1.742 1, 2.433 5, 4.401 1, 4.527 8, 6.087 2, 2.942 4 mg(a.i.)/L, respectively. When the maximum recommended dose [45 g(a.i.)/hm2] of imidacloprid was applied once in the tobacco field, the HQ of the adult and the third to fifth instar nymphs of Orius sauteri was lower than 5, and the risk was acceptable; the HQ of imidacloprid on the first to second instar nymphs of Orius sauteri were more than 5, and the risk was not acceptable. When imidacloprid was sprayed twice at the maximum recommended dose [45 g(a.i.)/hm2], the HQ was less than the adult and 5 for the fourth and fifth instar nymphs of Orius sauteri, and the risk was acceptable; for the first to third instar nymphs of Orius sauteri, HQ > 5, the risk was not acceptable. When imidacloptid at the maximum recommended dose range, the inhibition rate of the Orius sauteri hatching was 36.42%, and the risk was acceptable. Therefore, when the combined application of imidacloprid and Orius sauteri were used to control pests, spraying imidacloptid should avoid the peak period of young nymphs (before the third instar) of Orius sauteri.

    Single colonies of culturable bacteria were isolated and purified from continuous and fallow soils of strawberry fields by the gradient dilution method, co-cultured with confrontation against Botrytis cinerea or Fusarium graminearum, and several strains of bacteria antagonistic to Botrytis cinerea or Fusarium graminearum were obtained by rescreening. The bacteria with the best antagonistic effect were subjected to determination of the fungal inhibition spectrum, evaluation of plant promotion effect and its inoculated effect on Botrytis cinerea of the strawberry. The molecular identification of it was performed. The results showed that a strain of bacteria HPS-211, which had a growth-promoting effect on tomato, was obtained. The average height and fresh weight per plant of tomato were increased by 14.5% and 26.9%, respectively, 30 d after inoculation with HPS-211. The chlorophyll content, leaf colour and glossiness of tomato were also increased. The inoculation of HPS-211 and B05.10 of strawberry seedlings showed that compared with the positive control B05.10, the inoculation of HPS-211 could reduce the gray mold index of strawberry leaves. The leaf color, plant height and gloss of the strawberry were similar to those of the inoculation of tomato. The chlorophyll and plant height of strawberry leaves in the treatment group were higher than those in the control, which reached a significant difference. HPS-211 was a kind of gram-negative bacterium with flagella, but without spores. Its molecular identification was Pseudomonas azotoformanss by 16S rDNA.

    In order to explore the effects of biocontrol bacteria BZJN1 and chemical agent benzoyl procyclonazole on soil fungal community structure, based on the fungal ITS high-throughput sequencing technology, the fungal community diversity in rhizosphere soil of Atractylodes macrocephala in chemical agent benzoyl procyclonazole treatment group, biocontrol bacteria BZJN1 treatment group, and the control group was analyzed and compared. Redundancy analysis (RDA) was used to investigate the relationship between soil environmental factors and fungal diversity. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the composition of fungi in rhizosphere soil of Atractylodes macrocephala between the chemical benzoyl·propionazole treatment group, the biocontrol bacteria BZJN1 treatment group and the control group. The dominant bacterial groups were Ascomycota 76.34%, Basidiomycota 12.49% and Zygomycota 3.11%. The relative abundance of fungi in rhizosphere soil of Atractylodes macrocephala was significantly changed in the treatment group of benzoyl · propiconazole and the treatment group of biocontrol bacteria BZJN1. RDA analysis showed that different environmental factors were related to the fungal community to some extent, and the abundance of the fungal communities of the three genera in the rhizosphere soil of Atractylodes macrocephala was positively correlated with pH, catalase and available potassium.

    Using Dendrobium nobile seedlings from Chishui City of Guizhou Province as experimental materials, univariate analysis and orthogonal experiment were carried out under different fertilization treatments. The photosynthetic characteristics of Dendrobium nobile were tested using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis measurement system (Li-Cor,USA). The results showed that the application of Hoaglan nutrient solution could effectively improve the net photosynthetic rate of Dendrobium nobile. The speed of the photosynthetic rate was positively related to the stomatal conductance of Dendrobium nobile, and the daily variation of stomatal conductance was directly related to the daily variation of the transpiration rate. Among all factors, potassium fertilizer had a greater impact on the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate, reaching a significant level, while nitrogen fertilizer affected the stomatal conductance. Potassium fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer should be applied rationally in production.

    Three mutagenesis times (4, 8, 12 h) and six mutagenesis concentrations (0%, 1.5%, 2.0%, 3.0%, 4.0%, 5.0%) were set to treat high generation self-pollination watermelon ‘97103' seeds with ethyl methyl sulfonate (EMS) as mutagenesis agent. The suitable combinations were selected according to the germination rate and seedling rate of watermelon treated with mutagenesis. The results showed that the germination rate and seedling rate of ‘97103' showed a decreasing trend with the increase of EMS mutagenic concentration and the increase of treatment time. To ensure a certain number of surviving plants and an adequate mutant community, a combination of conditions with germination and seedling rate close to half lethal dose (5.0% EMS solution treatment for 8 h) was used as a more ideal treatment condition for ‘97103' mutagenesis.

    In plants, CRISPR-Cas genome editing technology is a new technique to alter gene functions to generate improved crop varieties. Compared with traditional breeding, CRISPR-Cas is a simple, low-cost, efficient and accurate technology with a lower risk of off-target effects. Vegetable crops are rich in dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals, which are essential for human health. However, with the change of climate and environment, biotic and abiotic stresses pose a serious threat to vegetable production, affecting the quality and yield. In this review, the history of CRISPR technology, the components of CRISPR-CAS toolbox, the variants of existing Cas proteins, the methods of transforming CRISPR-CAS elements into plants, and the specific cases of gene editing systems in the genetic improvement of vegetable crops were summarized. Finally, the challenges and application prospects of CRISPR-Cas technology in vegetable breeding were put forward.

    The sensory quality and main biochemical components of 10 black tea samples collected from Wuyishan tea area were evaluated. The results showed that the content of caffeine in 10 tea samples was 2.1%~2.7%, which was relatively low; the content of tea polyphenols was 10.6%~18.0%, and the total amount of free amino acids was 3.0%~3.6%, both of which were relatively moderate; the content of water extract was 42.7%~43.6%, which was relatively high. The tea sample with a high comprehensive score in sensory evaluation was Rose 30, whose appearance was tight and strong, black and oily, and relatively uniform; the soup color was orange, clear and bright, with a gold circle; high the fragrance was pure, with a floral smell, and more durable; the taste was mellow; the bottom of the leaves was red, bright and even.

    To identify the effect of twig blight on the absorption and distribution of potassium in bayberry(Myrica rubra) trees, the healthy bayberry was used as a control to determine the contents of potassium in various organs of the symptomatic and symptomless diseased bayberry trees, including the leaves and limbs (barks and trunks) from the annual shoots, leaves and limbs (barks and trunks) from two or three-year-branches, and roots (velamen and root trunk). The contents of available potassium in rhizosphere soils of healthy and diseased plants were also determined. The results showed that, compared to the control, the contents of potassium in symptomless tender leaves and symptomless old leaves of diseased bayberry trees, symptomless barks and trunks of epicormic branches and old branches, and root trunks of diseased bayberry trees were increased by 0.27, 0.23, 0.21, 0.17, 0.25, 0.17 and 0.10 percentage points, respectively, which were both significantly higher than those of healthy bayberry trees. However, the contents of potassium in symptomatic tender leaves of diseased bayberry trees were decreased by 0.20 percentage points, and the contents of available potassium in rhizosphere soils of diseased bayberry trees were decreased by 42.14 mg/kg, which were both significantly lower than those of healthy bayberry trees. The absorption and distribution of potassium in bayberry trees were seriously affected by twig blight.

    Taking commercial kiwifruit ‘Donghong' from 31 orchards in Pujiang County, Sichuan Province as the research object the main weight and quality characters of commercial kiwifruit were systematically analyzed, the correlation between kiwifruit size and quality characteristics was clarified. The sampling strategy was large-scale random sampling. In total, over 1 500 kg fruit were sampled. The hue angle, firmness, soluble solid content, total sugar content, total acid content, total sugar/total acid ratio, ripening rate and rotten rate were analyzed. Principal component analysis was performed by SPSS 21.0 software to analyze the correlation between fruit size/weight and quality, evaluate the key fruit traits and the planting quality of orchards. The results showed that fruits of 31 orchards were measured that the average fruit weight was 102.56 g. The hue angle, firmness, soluble solid content, total sugar content, total acid content, total sugar/ total acid ratio, ripening and rotten rate were 98.27 0H, 0.55 Kg·F, 17.97%, 11.91 g/100 g, 0.85 g/100 g, 16.03%, 5.56% and 2.61%, respectively. The correlation analysis of fruit weight and quality confirmed that fruit size/weight was positively correlated with soluble solid content, and negatively correlated with hue angle, which proved that “Donghong” with larger size had better soluble solid content, yellow flesh color, and more outstanding overall commercial performance. Finally, it was found that the quality index with large load in kiwifruit was hue angle, total sugar/ total acid ratio, firmness and soluble solid content based on principal component analysis.

    Amorphophallus konjac of Qingjiang was taken as material, and the formation process of the rhizome was revealed through anatomical study. The results showed that the rhizome was formed by the germination of adventitious buds on the konjac bulb, which was like a rod, with terminal buds at the apex. The structure of cortex and terminal buds was similar to that of the konjac bulb. The growth of the rhizome ended with plant senescence. The rhizome of konjac was actually a reduced version of the bulb, but the cortex was thicker than the bulb and the terminal bud was tighter than the bulb. Therefore, the rhizome was not easy to be damaged during transportation. It was suggested that the rhizome should be used for the provenance of the newly developed konjac planting place.

    Tran membrane proteins(TMEMs) participates in the physiological and biochemical processes of cells and plays an important role in the maintenance of cell function. In order to explore the expression pattern of TMEMs genes in liver tissues, the eight TMEMs genes were chosen to detect their expression levels in liver tissues of broilers and laying hens under the different feeding conditions. The results showed that TMEMs genes maintained a high expression level in the liver tissue of broilers. The expression of TMEM86A gene was high in the liver of broilers and low in the liver of laying hens, and feeding restriction would promote the up-regulated expression of TMEM86A gene. Through the prediction of transcription factors using the promoter region of TMEM86A gene and detection of the promoter activity, it was found that SP1 and CREB1 may be the upstream transcription factors of TMEM86A.

    These varieties came from Changping District of Beijing City. The total amino acids in tomato fruit were 7.83%~10.79%, the essential amino acids in the human body were 2.46%~3.65%, and the effective amino acids were 3.48%~7.43%. Among the 7 varieties, the highest content of 17 kinds of amino acids was glutamic acid, among which the content of glutamic acid in Dahuang 888 was 3.554%, while the content of cystine, histidine and lysine was very low. There was relatively high content of various amino acids for variety Jianhuang. The amino acid content of “0-33-1” was closest to the requirement of FAO/WHO ideal amino acid pattern. The results showed that there were great differences in nutrition among different tomato varieties, and provided a theoretical basis for the promotion of better tomato varieties.

    The experimental conditions were optimized for the determination of iron content in Lactuca sativa Linn. by o-phenanthroline spectrophotometry. Some factors affecting the absorbance of iron standard solution were studied. These factors included the selection of the best absorption wavelength, the dosage of hydroxylamine hydrochloride, acetic acid sodium acetate and o-phenanthroline, and color development time. The results showed that the content of iron in Lactuca sativa Linn. powder was 8.54 μg/g, the RSD was 0.26%, and the repeatability and accuracy were good.

    In order to promote the development of rural commercial medical insurance, the k-DT-LR fusion model based on k-nearest neighbor algorithm, decision tree algorithm and logical regression algorithm was proposed to dynamically allocate effective capabilities to each learner in the integration. Using CGSS2017 household survey data, the potential customer identification model of rural commercial medical insurance was constructed. The experimental results showed that the classification accuracy of k-DT-LR algorithm was 90.024% and the recall rate was 91.402%, which could accurately identify the potential customers of rural commercial medical insurance.

    Under the same humidity environment, the moisture content of water repellent soil was obviously less than that of natural soil at the same time. Therefore, after measurement, the sample selects the optimal moisture content as the initial moisture content for the shear strength test of water repellent red clay. Octadecyl primary amine [CH3(CH216CH2NH2, referred to as Octadecyl Amine] was used as water repellent, and different vertical pressure and water content were used as variables to carry out the direct shear test. Three kinds of soil, repellent, natural, repellent and 30% repellent sand, were compared. The results showed that the water repellency of water repellent soil was closely related to the soil moisture content, and the water repellent intensity was significantly higher than that of under the optimal moisture content, but the water repellent intensity of natural soil was higher than that of water repellent soil under the same moisture content. At this time, the ductility of water repellent soil was reduced, and the ductility was improved by adding water repellent sand to water repellent soil. The strength and water repellency of soil were related to water content. It was difficult for water to enter the water repellent soil, and the decrease of matrix suction was not obvious, so the cohesion c of water repellent soil was large under the optimal water content.

    To investigate the function of Hsp70, the physical and chemical properties, hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity, secondary structure, tertiary structure, transmembrane structure, and homology alignment of Hsp70 were predicted and analyzed. The results showed that Hsp70 gene encoded 651 amino acids which was a stable hydrophilic protein. The secondary structure of the protein mainly consisted of α-Helix, followed by extended chains and random coils. The Hsp70 protein had no signal peptide and transmembrane structure. Compared with the Hsp70 proteins of 16 other insects, it was found that the Hsp70 protein of Spodoptera frugiperda was closely related to the Lepidoptera Spodoptera exigua and Spodoptera litura.

    Pyrus communis L. ‘Conference' was used as material to induce callus, and L9(34) orthogonal design was used to explore the effects of various factors on callus induction of ‘Conference' pear.The results showed that the order of influence of each factor on callus induction: TDZ concentration > explants type > IBA concentration, and the influence of TDZ and IBA on the experimental results was significant (P<0.05), in addition, there were significant differences among different levels. A1B3C3 proved to be the best combination, stem segments were used as explants, MS+2.0 mg/L TDZ +0.5 mg/L IBA medium and dark culture for 35 days were adopted, and the induction rate was 100%.

    Based on the previous mulberry transcriptome data and photosynthetic phenotype data,through WGCNA analysis, 10 gene modules associated with the phenotype were obtained, and screenedthe photosynthetic-related gene modules of MEmagenta, MEgreen, MEyellow, MEpurple, and MEblack were screened. GO and KEGG analysis showed that DEGs were significantly enriched in the activities of photosynthesis-related enzymes, carbon metabolism and carbon fixation. 12 genes highly related to photosynthesis were screened. Finally, through RNA-seq combined with WGCNA analysis, three key photosynthetic genes were selected, namely, photosystem Q(B) protein L484_000029 gene, ribose bisphosphate carboxylase L484_000836 gene, and ribose bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase activator 2 L484_025354 gene. The results provided support for further research on the regulation mechanism of mulberry photosynthesis.

    This study aimed to understand the structure and function of the antimicrobial peptide genes MpAtt1 and MpAtt2 of Microdera punctipennis. Physicochemical properties of amino acids, the signal peptide, transmembrane structure, protein secondary structure, protein posttranslational modification, functional structural domain, protein tertiary structure and subcellular localization, homology analysis of amino acid encoded by the two Attacin genes were conducted bioinformatics analysis with the help of some bioinformatics software. The secondary structures of MpAtt1 and MpAtt2 were dominated by random coil and β-sheet, with a large number of potential phosphorylation sites, and the tertiary structures were highly conservative with Attacin_C domain and Gloverin domain, belonging to the Attacin_C superfamily. MpAtt1 and MpAtt2 proteins were soluble secretory proteins, containing N-terminal signal peptide.The two Attacin genes showed 84.77% identity with Attacin1 gene of Anatolica polita at the amino acid level. It was shown that MpAtt1 and MpAtt2 had good antibacterial activity, providing a theoretical basis for the functional identification of this gene, with a view to providing a gene source for the study of the cold tolerance mechanism of Microdera punctipennis.

    The SRB research model strain Desulfovibrio vulgaris Hildenborough was used to analyze the genes related to the population sensing system involved in the formation and regulation of biofilm, and three potential LuxR-like family regulator genes citB1, citB2 and citB3 were identified, and the protein sequences encoded by them were analyzed bioinformatically. The results showed that citB1 gene encoded 216 amino acids, citB2 gene encoded 227 amino acids and citB3 gene encoded 215 amino acids, with amino acid identity between them ranging from 28.99% to 37.79%. All three protein sequences contained conserved structural domains for N-terminal signal reception and C-terminal LuxR family DNA binding regulation, and the secondary structures were mainly α-helix and irregularly curled. The homology analysis revealed that the sequences of the three proteins were more conserved in the DNA-binding regulatory conserved structural domain, while they were more variable in the signal-receiving structural domain, presumably related to the acceptance of different signaling molecules. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the signal reception mode and downstream gene regulation function of CitB1 and CitB3 proteins might be universal in SRB population, while the signal reception mode and gene regulation of CitB2 protein might be specific. The results suggested that novel population-sensing signal reception and regulation mechanisms might exist in SRB.

    To investigate the feasibility of fructan synthase gene 6-SFT derived from Psathyrostachys huashanica and Haynaldia villosa to improve the resistance of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) to abiotic stress, the Ph-6-SFT or Dv-6-SFT gene was introduced into the young embryonic healing tissue of the common wheat family Kenong 199 by gene gun-mediated method using bar as a screening marker gene, and resistant plants were obtained by using the herbicide glufosinate as a screening agent and identified by PCR and GUS histochemical staining. The results showed that 146 and 187 resistant plants were obtained by the PPT screening system, of which 4 and 6 were PCR positive and 1 was GUS histochemically stained, respectively, and the transformation rates were 0.24% and 0.19%, respectively.     Geographic concentration index, kernel density analysis method, Gini coefficient and imbalance index were used to explore the spatial distribution of forest health bases in Hubei Province,and the factors influencing the spatial distribution of forest health bases in Hubei Province were analyzed. The results showed that the spatial distribution of forest health bases in Hubei Province was relatively dispersed and the uniformity was low. The economic level and population factor had no significant influence, but convenient traffic conditions, rich tourism resources, sound medical conditions and government policies had played an important role in the development of forest health industry in Hubei Province.

    Taking Qitai county in Xinjiang as an example, this paper conducted field investigations on farmers, obtained data through interviews, questionnaire surveys, and literature studies, established the COX proportional risk model, and analyzed farmers' willingness to transition to green production and influencing factors. The results showed that under the dual influence of internal awareness and external environment, farmers' education level, government subsidies, environmental awareness, and expected income had a significant impact on farmers' green transition production. Based on this, targeted measures such as strengthening the promotion of green concepts, improving the guarantee subsidy mechanism, innovating sales channels, and establishing diversified cooperation among operating entities were proposed. The research aimed to guide and regulate farmers' green transformation production while ensuring the continuous increase of farmers' income.

    Based on the time series data of Shandong Province from 2000 to 2010, the Cobb-Douglas production function was constructed, and the impact of agricultural production services on agricultural economy was empirically analyzed. The results showed that there was a long-term equilibrium relationship between agricultural information service, rural finance service, agricultural machinery service and agricultural economy, and they all promoted the growth of agricultural economy in different degrees. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, some suggestions were put forward, such as optimizing the industrial development structure, innovating the development of agricultural science and technology, reforming the industrial development mechanism and cultivating outstanding agricultural talents.

    Based on the panel data of grain production of provinces (cities) in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2019, the DEA-BCC model was used to calculate its grain production efficiency. The results showed that the average comprehensive technical efficiency of the overall grain production in the Yangtze River Economic Belt was 0.852, indicating that the grain production in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2019 had not reached full efficiency. From the development trend, the overall development of the economic belt was relatively stable, but the efficiency value was low, which did not exceed 0.9, and the maximum was only 0.876, indicating that there was still a large room for optimization of the overall grain production of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. From the perspective of each region, the grain production efficiency in the middle reaches was the highest, followed by the downstream and the upstream. Among the provinces (cities), only Shanghai City was fully effective in grain production in each year, the fully effective rate of grain production in Jiangsu Province was 70%, and that in Jiangxi Province was 30%. The other provinces (cities) were not fully effective. Among them, the lowest average grain production efficiency in Yunnan Province was only 0.586, less than 0.6, indicating that there was a lot of room for optimization of grain production in Yunnan Province.

    Taking 508 consumers in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province as the research object, the structural equation model was used to analyze the perceived risks and benefits of the respondents to genetically modified foods. The results showed that compared with the perceived benefits, more respondents believed that genetically modified foods could cause harm to human health and the environment. There was a significant negative relationship between respondents' perceived risks and perceived benefits. It was also shown that females, respondents with higher income, those with fewer family members, those with familly members who needed for special care, and those with bad health condition had higher perceived risks of genetically modified foods. Males, those less affluent people had higher perceived benefits than their counterparts. Based on this, it was suggested to provide consumers with scientific and objective information related to the risks and benefits of genetically modified food, so that consumers could form their own judgment and had more initiative in the market choice.

    Climate-smart agriculture is a new mode of agricultural production under the condition of climate change. Through a series of scientific management, it can maintain or even enhance the ecosystem service function and reduce the negative impact of ecological environment. Carbon measurement is not only the basic means to quantify greenhouse gas emissions, but also the effective basis to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Based on the experience of CDM project, this paper discussed the climate-smart agricultural carbon emission reduction methodology, and from the setting of boundary and baseline, the selection of carbon pool and key emission sources, the measurement method of carbon sequestration and emission reduction, taking the rice-shrimp farming model as an example,the measurement methodology of carbon sequestration and emission reduction of climate-smart agriculture was discussed.

    On the basis of Boston matrix theory, taking Suizhou mushroom as an example, according to the two major indicators of sales price and total transaction volume, the mushrooms products retailed on Tmall and Taobao were divided into nine major market types, and the online comments of consumers on Suizhou mushroom in the corresponding markets were crawled respectively. The emotional tendency of the comments was analyzed by using the emotional dictionary, and the evaluation of consumers' satisfaction with online retail of Suizhou mushroom implied in 14 703 commodity comments was obtained. From the perspective of semantic network structure and topic distribution, the text mining of positive and negative evaluations was carried out to extract the influencing factors of online retail satisfaction of Suizhou mushroom under various market types. The results showed that the factors affecting the decline of consumer satisfaction in Taobao Suizhou mushroom were relatively simple, focusing on quality, quantity, customer service communication and regular customer management, while the factors affecting the decline of consumer satisfaction in Tmall were relatively diverse, involving both the quality, packaging, quantity and other issues of the product itself, and also covering the customer service communication, logistics, price and other sales service problems. Further from the aspects of golden signboards, mushroom quality control, customer stickiness, food culture and service support, the optimization of the development of the “12345 promotion strategy combination punch ” was proposed, so as to give play to the new engine role of e-commerce of characteristic agricultural products in promoting the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Suizhou City and even in the post poverty alleviation era in Hubei Province.

    The coupling coordination model was used to study the coupling coordination relationship between new urbanization and rural revitalization in Huanggang City based on the basic data of Huanggang City from 2012 to 2019. The results showed that during 2012—2019, the overall development level of new urbanization and rural revitalization in Huanggang City was on the rise, and the coupling degree was in a high state (0.9~1.0). From 2012 to 2019, the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and rural revitalization in Huanggang City was in a stage of coordinated development which was transitioning from the primary coordination state to the intermediate coordination state, and there was a large space for development. Accordingly, policy suggestions such as accelerating poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy and accelerating regional coordination were put forward.

    For the questionnaire of returning migrant workers in Shaanxi Province who had not gone out under the COVID-19 epidemic, the survival situation was analyzed by the method of principal component analysis. The results showed that returning migrant workers faced problems in the aspects of security measures, employment and entrepreneurship. Among the factors affecting the survival and development situation of returning migrant workers in Shaanxi Province who had not gone out, the promotion factor carried the most variables and its influence was the largest. The next factors were entrepreneurship factor, work factor, individual characteristics factor, stress resistance factor, economy factor and life factor. Accordingly, the survival and development ability of returning migrant workers who had not left home in Shaanxi Province under the epidemic could be improved by improving the guarantee mechanism, establishing the employment service platform, developing the rural economy, and promoting employment through entrepreneurship.

    Based on 16 secondary indicators in five primary indicators from resource competitiveness, industrial development, supporting services, social support and tourism environment for global tourism, based on 20 secondary indicators in five primary indicators from industrial prosperity, ecological livability, rural civilization, effective governance and affluent life for rural revitalization, the comprehensive evaluation index system of two systems of global tourism and rural revitalization was constructed, and the comprehensive evaluation index model and response model were used to analyze the development level of global tourism and rural revitalization, and rural revitalization response to global tourism development in Shangluo City from 2016 to 2019. The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation values of global tourism and rural revitalization in Shangluo City were on the rise from 2016 to 2019, and global tourism and rural revitalization showed a positive response. The response index of rural revitalization to global tourism development was on the rise, and the response was continuously strengthened, which showed that the two systems were in a coordinated development during this period. The paper put forward some suggestions on how to continuously consolidate and improve the coordinated development between the two systems for the slowdown in the growth rate of responsiveness.
