Influence of Fertilizer Amount on Yield and Quality of Tartary Buckwheat

摘要: 以贵州省主栽苦荞[Fagopyrum tataricum (L.) Gaertn.]品种九江苦荞为试验对象,研究了施肥量(以当地常规施肥量为对照)对苦荞主茎分枝等植物学性状以及子粒产量和品质的影响。结果表明,0.5水平处理(对照施肥量的1/2)的产量显著高于其他肥料处理,对照的蛋白质和黄酮含量显著高于0.5水平和1.5水平(对照施肥量的1.5倍)的肥料处理。

Abstract: Using Jiujiang which was the main planting variety of tartary buckwheat[Fagopyrum tataricum(L.) Gaertn.] in Guizhou as experiment materials,the effects of fertilizer amount(local routine as control) on botany,yield and quality were studied. The results showed that the yield of tartary buckwheat treated with 0.5 level processing (half quantity of local routine fertilizer) was significantly higher than the other treatment. The content of protein and flavonoid of tartary buckwheat treated with CK level was significantly higher than the other treatment. Correlation analysis showed that grain number per plant had a significant positive correlation to grain weight per plant,and had a conspicuous negative correlation to yield of tartary buckwheat.
