Abstract: First the connotation and construction importance of the rule of law culture were illustrated, then the contents and goal of construction of the rule of law culture in rural areas were expounded. According to the research situation, the current construction status of the rule of law culture in L village of Qianjiang city was analyzed, and the current plights in construction of rural rule of law culture were pointed out, last the thoughts for promoting the construction of rural rule of law culture were put forward.
