Abstract: Poverty alleviation is the foundation of rural revitalization, rural revitalization is the driving force for poverty alleviation, and the two complement each other and help each other. To realize the effective connection and transformation from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization is a major decision-making arrangement made by the party and the country, the focus of the current work on agriculture, rural areas and farmers, as well as the focus of academic attention. This paper mainly aims at the economic development of Shaanxi Province and the implementation of the two strategies, on the basis of sorting out the logical relationship between the two strategies, to put forward the specific path of convergence, in order to promote the effective convergence of the two.
