襄阳市农业科学院育成小麦品种遗传多样性分析

Genetic diversity analysis of wheat varieties bred by Xiangyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences

摘要: 为了了解襄阳市农业科学院选育品种的遗传多样性,为亲本的选配作指导,利用100k SNP芯片对28份小麦品种进行全基因组扫描,分析其遗传多样性。结果表明,多态性mSNP位点在2A染色体上最多,为10 982个,在4D染色体上最少,为1 469个;在染色体同源群上分布相对均匀;在B基因组上分布最多,在D基因组上分布最少;多态性信息含量(PIC)变化范围为0.096~0.375,平均值为0.262;供试材料遗传距离为0.002 38~0.421 68,平均值为0.305 84,集中在0.25~0.40,占总数的70.63%;襄麦93与襄麦21的遗传距离最近,为0.002 38,襄麦1816与襄麦93的遗传距离最远,为0.421 68;通过聚类分析将28个品种分为3个类群,类群内一些品种遗传距离较近。综合分析,选育品种的遗传多样性较低,遗传背景较为相似,在品种选育过程中需要加强优异外源基因的导入。

Abstract: In order to identify the genetic diversity of wheat varieties bred by Xiangyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and to guide parent selection, a genome-wide scan was conducted on 28 wheat varieties using the 100k SNP chip to analyze their genetic diversity. The results showed that the number of polymorphic mSNP loci was the highest on chromosome 2A (10 982) and the lowest on chromosome 4D (1 469). The distribution of polymorphic loci was relatively uniform on homologous chromosome groups, with the most on chromosome B and the least on chromosome D. The polymorphic information content (PIC) ranged from 0.096 to 0.375, with an average of 0.262. The genetic distances between the test materials ranged from 0.002 38 to 0.421 68, with an average of 0.305 84, and were mainly concentrated between 0.25 and 0.40, accounting for 70.63% of the total. Xiangmai 93 and Xiangmai 21 shared the closest genetic distance (0.002 38), while the maximum genetic distance (0.421 68) was observed between Xiangmai 1816 and Xiangmai 93. The 28 varieties were divided into three groups based on cluster analysis, with some varieties in the same cluster having relatively close genetic distances. Overall, the genetic diversity of the selected varieties was low, and their genetic backgrounds were similar. Therefore, it was necessary to strengthen the introduction of superior exogenous genes during variety selection.
