不同草莓品种主要性状差异研究

摘要: 以7个日本草莓品种为试材,对不同品种的生物学性状、光合特性及果实品质进行了测定,采用隶属函数法分析,以期筛选出最适合天津市种植的草莓品种。结果表明,不同草莓品种间生物学性状、光合特性及果实品质指标差异明显,通过对净光合速率、叶面积、平均单果重、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、糖酸比和硬度7个指标进行隶属函数值分析,结果品种姣美的光合作用能力强,果实酸甜适中,硬度高,耐贮藏和运输,最适合推广栽培。

Abstract: Seven Japanese strawberry varieties were used as test materials. The biological characters,photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality of different varieties were determined. The membership function method was used to analyze the strawberry varieties most suitable for planting in Tianjin. The result showed that there were significant differences in biological characteristics,photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality indexes among different strawberry cultivars. According to the membership function values of the net photosynthetic rate,leaf area,average fruit weight,soluble solids,soluble sugar,sugar-acid ratio and hardness,Jiaomei has strong photosynthetic capacity,sweet and sour fruit,high hardness,suitable for storage and transportation,and is most suitable for popularization and cultivation.
