烤烟新品系LY100的生态适应性及综合性状评价

Ecological adaptability and comprehensive trait evaluation of a new flue-cured tobacco line LY100

摘要: 为明确地方特色烤烟新品系LY100的特征特性和生态适应性,在山东即墨和诸城、河南洛阳、四川西昌、湖南龙山等4省5个试验点对LY100开展农艺性状和植物学性状调查,完成了烤后烟叶样品的工业评价;并对其抗病性、耐冷性和亲缘关系进行系统鉴定。结果表明,LY100在5个试验点的植物学性状没有差别;农艺性状方面,LY100在山东地区表现为株高较高、叶数较多,在洛阳地区表现为节距较短、叶长和叶宽均较大,在龙山地区株高最矮、叶数最少、叶长和叶宽均较大。综合以上结果发现,LY100更适合在黄淮烟区种植,其中洛阳产区的综合性状表现最好。进一步对洛阳产区的烤后烟叶样品进行工业评价,发现宜阳上观的LY100外观质量、感官质量和工业综合评价均较为突出。此外,LY100相较于H382和K326表现出了更强的低温耐受性,但抗病性整体较差;亲缘关系分析结果表明,LY100与主栽品种遗传背景差异较大。综上所述,LY100的烟叶综合质量表现较好,但抗病性方面还有较大提升空间,与其他主栽品种亲缘关系较远,可作为黄淮烟区的特色储备品种进一步开发研究。

Abstract: To clarify the botanical characteristics, agronomic traits and ecological adaptability of LY100, a new local characteristic flue-cured tobacco strain, field trials were conducted at five experimental sites covering four provinces, namely Jimo and Zhucheng of Shandong, Luoyang of Henan, Xichang of Sichuan and Longshan of Hunan. Investigations on botanical and agronomic traits of LY100 were carried out, and industrial evaluation of cured tobacco leaf samples was implemented. Systematic identification was also performed on its disease resistance, cold tolerance and genetic relationship. The results showed that LY100 exhibited consistent botanical traits across all five test sites. In terms of agronomic performance, LY100 possessed taller plants and more leaves in Shandong; shorter internodes along with longer and wider leaves in Luoyang; and the shortest plant height, the least leaf number yet relatively large leaf length and width in Longshan. Comprehensive analysis indicated that LY100 was more suitable for cultivation in the Huanghuai tobacco-growing region, with the best overall performance recorded in the Luoyang producing area. Further industrial evaluation on cured tobacco leaves from Luoyang demonstrated that LY100 grown in Shangguan of Yiyang stood out in appearance quality, sensory quality and comprehensive industrial assessment. In addition, LY100 showed superior low-temperature tolerance compared with control varieties H382 and K326, yet its overall disease resistance was unsatisfactory. Genetic relationship analysis revealed a distinct genetic background between LY100 and mainstream cultivated varieties. In conclusion, LY100 delivers favorable comprehensive leaf quality, while its disease resistance needed substantial improvement. Given its distant genetic relationship with other dominant cultivars, LY100 can be further developed and researched as a characteristic reserve variety for the Huanghuai tobacco-growing region.
