不同雌雄比和饲养密度对多异瓢虫繁殖的影响

摘要: 为探索不同雌雄比及饲养密度对多异瓢虫[Hippodamia variegata (Goeze)]成虫产卵量及其孵化率的影响,在直径90 mm的培养皿中,以豆蚜(Acyrthosiphon pisum)为饵料,对不同雌雄比(1∶1、2∶1、3∶1、4∶1、5∶1)下饲养的多异瓢虫成虫产卵量和孵化率进行研究,优选出较优雌雄比,并进一步探究培养皿内饲养密度对多异瓢虫产卵量和孵化率的影响。结果表明,不同雌雄比和饲养密度对多异瓢虫的产卵量和孵化率均有影响;雌雄比为1∶1时,多异瓢虫的单雌产卵量为(623.30±205.66)粒,显著高于雌雄比为2∶1、3∶1、4∶1和5∶1时的单雌产卵量;雌雄比为1∶1时孵化率为80.49%±3.31%,显著高于5∶1的孵化率;以1∶1为雌雄饲养比例,在饲养密度方面,密度为4头(2雌+2雄)时单雌产卵量为(432.75±102.59)粒,显著高于密度为8头(4雌+4雄)、12头(6雌+6雄)和16头(8雌+8雄)时的单雌产卵量;饲养密度为4头(2雌+2雄)的孵化率为74.88%±14.64%,显著高于密度为12头(6雌+6雄)和16头(8雌+8雄)时的孵化率,但与密度为8头(4雌+4雄)时差异不显著。综合多异瓢虫雌雄比和密度对产卵量及孵化率的结果,表明以1∶1为雌雄饲养比、密度为4头(2雌+2雄)时,最适合其繁殖。

Abstract: In order to explore the effects of different sex ratios and rearing densities on fecundity (egg production) and hatching rate of Hippodamia variegata, Acyrthosiphon pisum was used as food in Petri dishes (90 mm diameter). The fecundity and hatching rate of adult Hippodamia variegata reared at different sex ratios (1∶1, 2∶1, 3∶1, 4∶1, 5∶1) were studied, the optimal sex ratio was selected, and the effects of rearing density on its egg production and hatching rate were further investigated. The results showed that different sex ratios and densities had significant effects on fecundity and hatching rate of Hippodamia variegata. When the sex ratio was 1∶1, the per female fecundity of Hippodamia variegata was 623.30 ± 205.66 eggs, which was significantly higher than that at sex ratios of 2∶1, 3∶1, 4∶1, and 5∶1. When the sex ratio was 1∶1, the hatching rate was 80.49% ± 3.31%, which was significantly higher than that at 5∶1. At the sex ratio of 1∶1, regarding rearing density, at a density of 4 individuals (2 females + 2 males), per female fecundity was 432.75 ± 102.59 eggs, which was significantly higher than that at densities of 8 (4 females+4 males), 12 (6 females+6 males), and 16 (8 females+8 males) individuals, and the hatching rate at a density of 4 individuals (2 females+2 males) was 74.88% ± 14.64%, which was significantly higher thanthat at densities of 12 (6 females+6 males) and 16 (8 females+8 males), but was not significantly different from that at a density of 8 (4 females+4 males). Based on the combined results of sex ratio and density on fecundity and hatching rate, it was shown that when the sex ratio was 1∶1 and the density was 4 individuals (2 females + 2 males), it was most suitable for its reproduction.
