Abstract: Through study on the agro-cultural heritage status of Wuhan species, it was found that the existing agro-cultural heritage protection in Wuhan is late and mainly through the development of local varieties. According to the agro-cultural heritage problems of Wuhan species at present, namely the low in the agro-cultural heritage protection of species; decentralized management system of agro-cultural heritage protection; lack of mining cultural connotation in the protection, suggestions of increasing the agro-cultural heritage protection, establishing a unified management mechanism of agro-cultural heritage protection, and deeply mining the connotation of the agro-cultural heritage of species were put forward.
