Abstract: Selecting the first-generation migrant workers in construction industry of Site L in Shanxi province as the research object, their reintegration was specified as four aspects of individual language communication, manners and customs, role change, and social network establishment. Through questionnaires and interviews, the adaptation status and influence factors of their social interaction were analyzed, and an exploratory research on the reintegration intervention was conducted by using professional social work methods.
