Abstract: In order to find out the suitable combination of organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer for Lycium barbarum planting in Zhongning area of Ningxia, six different fertilization treatments were set up. The fruit quality of Lycium barbarum with only three organic fertilizers, namely potassium fulvic acid, Shunbao, cow and sheep manure, and combination of organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer were compared. The results showed that, comparison with different organic fertilizers, the total sugar content of fruits treated with organic fertilizer Shunbao was higher, the polysaccharide content of summer fruits treated with cow and sheep dung was higher, and the polysaccharide content of autumn fruits treated with potassium fulvic acid was higher. In the comparison of organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer, the total sugar and polysaccharide content of summer fruit treated with cattle and sheep dung and inorganic fertilizer were the highest, and the carotene content of the treatment treated with potassium fulvic acid and inorganic fertilizer was the highest; for autumn fruits, the total sugar content of fruit treated with Shunbao was the highest, polysaccharide content of fruit treated with potassium fulvic acid + inorganic fertilizer was the highest, and carotene content treated with cow and sheep manure was the highest. It can be seen that the combination of organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer plays an important role in improving the quality of summer fruit of Lycium barbarum. The application of cattle and sheep manure organic manure was beneficial to the increase of carotenoid content in autumn fruits of Lycium barbarum; the application of inorganic fertilizer has an important impact on the polysaccharide content in autumn fruits of Lycium barbarum; the combination of organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer is more conducive to the improvement of nutrient content in summer fruits of Lycium barbarum.
