Empirical Analysis of Community Residents Participation Based on SEM Model：A Case Study of H Community in Urumqi City

Abstract

Abstract: Taking H community in Urumqi as the research object, the path analysis of influencing factors of residents' participation behavior was carried out. The data collection was carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires. The construction and analysis of structural equation model was carried out by AMOS 23.0 software. The results show that governance cognition has a positive impact on participation willingness and participation behavior; personal factors and participation willingness has a positive impact on participation behavior; while behavioral willingness and external factors have a negative impact on participation behavior. Suggestions such as enhancing the ability of community management information application and raising the awareness level of residents' community governance through the established behavioral path have certain practical significance for improving the current participation of residents in H community governance.
