Abstract: On the basis of combing the relevant literature, the land transfer policy was sorted out in the context of new urbanization, the problems existing in the land transfer as well as the impact of land transfer on the population flow since the reform of the three powers are discussed, so as to deeply analyze the relationship between land transfer and population flow.
