Design of biomass energy heat exchanger for intensive curing barn

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of the biomass energy heat exchanger for intensive curing barn on lower heat transfer efficiency, easy tempering, easy corrosion and slagging, serious ash accumulation and short service life. Based on the previous application and comparison between domestic and foreign heat exchangers, a new biomass energy heat exchanger for tobacco leaves curing was designed. The structure of heat exchanger is simple reliable and durable which is mainly composed of square tube, heat transfer tube, heatsink, dissipation tube and ash storage tube. The heat transfer efficiency can be improved mainly by increasing the heatsink of heat transfer tube and heat tube hole diameter, the ash and slagging which can be removed without stopping the heat exchanger by optimizing the ash removal device.
