Abstract: Using Ampelopsis grossedentata which is growing on the soil(Enshi,Hubei Province) rich in selenium as material, the natural antioxidant dihydromyricetin (DMY) was extracted by three methods. The results showed that the optimum extraction process were the ratio of tea material to water 1∶70(g∶mL),50 min, 80% ethanol solutionw at room temperature under the condition of ultrasound assisted extraction, the content of DMY in tea soup was 19.010%. Under the condition of microwave assisted extraction, the optimum extraction process were 560 W power, the ratio of tea material to water 1∶70(g∶mL),120 s,60% ethanol solution, the content of DMY in tea soup was 18.174%. Under the condition of wall-breaking assisted extraction, the optimum extraction process were 50 min,the ratio of tea material to 100% pure ethanol solution 1∶50(g∶mL) at room temperature, the content of DMY in tea soup was 15.172%. Compared with the three methods, the ultrasonic extraction rate is high, the microwave extraction time is short, and the wall-breaking extraction batch processing is large.
